Cloud Deployment Consultant

Intapp

• Own the end-to-end technical oversight of Intapp Risk solution deployments to production cloud environments. • Define, document, and champion cloud deployment best practices across all relevant stakeholders. • Partner with project teams to prepare and execute each cloud deployment, working alongside Engagement Managers, Principal Consultants, and Solution Engineers. • Execute and manage Jenkins CI/CD pipeline jobs to orchestrate and automate cloud migration deployments, coordinating with DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure reliable, repeatable, and auditable release processes. • Serve as the primary liaison between implementation teams—including third-party partners—and internal DevOps, Engineering, and Support organizations. • Enable and upskill implementation partners on Compliance cloud deployment standards and procedures. • Lead and contribute to business process reviews, identifying opportunities to improve on-premises-to-cloud migration workflows. • Collaborate with the Compliance BU program-lead to ensure established protocols are clearly documented and consistently communicated to all implementers. • Work closely with the Product team to streamline and continuously improve the cloud deployment process. • Partner with Professional Services leadership to identify and implement operational process enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a technical implementation leadership role within a SaaS Professional Services organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management initiatives with clients.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Experience documenting and communicating implementation best practices in a Professional Services context.
  • Results-driven, resourceful, and calm under pressure with competing deadlines and demanding stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously as a self-starter.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; this role involves substantial direct client interaction.
  • Collaborative team player who can coordinate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with web services (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OData, SOAP), and SQL.
