Junior Support Analyst – Civil Engineering

• Handle incoming requests via chat and ticketing system, with a focus on quality and effective resolution; • Analyze and resolve product-related queries; • Create and maintain technical articles in the knowledge base; • Perform system tests to diagnose errors and validate solutions; • Maintain a digital mindset, be curious about new technologies, and have an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can transform processes, experiences, and outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • Completed or in-progress degree in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Previous experience in customer support within support environments;
  • Experience with support tools such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar platforms;
  • Experience with technical documentation and producing content for a knowledge base;
  • Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.
