Inside Sales Representative

NewVine Employment Group

• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and lead follow-ups. • Manage inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and wellness brands. • Educate customers on hemp-derived products, including CBD, cannabinoids, and formulations. • Explain product specifications (COAs, potency, sourcing, compliance). • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems. • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs. • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions. • Stay up to date on industry regulations and trends in hemp/cannabinoids. • Assist with order processing, pricing, and product recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience.
  • Experience in hemp, cannabis, nutraceuticals, or the wellness industry (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cannabinoids (CBD, THC, CBG, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment.
  • CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
