• Contact prospective customers from approved list by telephone or email • Use product knowledge to showcase the promotions being offered • Use Business Intelligence tools to track progress with new prospects • Report performance against weekly sales goals and objectives to Manager • Maintain regular contact with existing clients to discuss business needs and goals • Solicit tobacco related orders to maintain adequately supplied Santa Clara inventory in all accounts • Introduce new brands, sizes and packing to all accounts and customer contacts made • Develop and maintain business relationships with B2B customers • Quote prices to B2B customers, evaluate profits & margins, up sell, provide excellent customer service, process orders • Prepare daily business recap of contacts/transactions made for manager’s review
