Location: Remote The primary driver of Service Contract Sales which account for 20% of the overall Revenue of the America's Region. The Sales Rep has direct responsibility for the Service Contract sales cycle from prospecting through to closing for new contract opportunities though some focus on contract renewals is also expected. The Sales Rep will use best practices for high volume Inside Sales and will coordinate sales strategy for target accounts with Field Sales, Service and Clinical counterparts to ensure the correct resources are utilized in sequence to close the sale. The Sales Rep will exercise considerable initiative and judgment to maximize the profitability of each opportunity and is expected to influence the overall marketing programs to ensure Lumenis delivers solutions of value to our customers. The Sales Rep may participate in training of Inside and Field counterparts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sale or post sales service contract related activities. • Develop new business via telephone and email, and identify appropriate buyers within the organizations. • Incorporate strategic and consultative sales techniques; discuss with the customers their business environment, identify their priorities, and determine the most appropriate Lumenis solution that speaks to their needs. • Utilize professional selling expertise and business acumen to meet and exceed sales targets. Preferred Qualifications • Requires 2 - 4 years of proven track record of above quota achievement in Inside Sales environment; solutions based sales to B2B is highly preferred. • Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions based sales process comprising of prospecting, qualifying solution building, objection handling and closing is a must. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Salesforce CRM experience is a plus. • Bachelors degree Behavioral Competencies • Excellent telephone presentation, oral and written communication skills; • A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential. • Excellent documentation and organizational skills. • Advanced negotiation and objection handling skills are essential. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed determined sales and activity quotas.
