Growth Marketing Campaign Strategist
PAR Technology
• Write all email copy, voicemail scripts, and LinkedIn messaging for outbound sales sequences • Build and manage multi-step sequenced campaigns inside Gong Engage • Design branded email banners in Canva and produce full HTML promotional emails • Build and update brand-specific landing pages on partech.com using WordPress and Elementor • Analyze campaign performance at the step and sequence level • Meet regularly with FAST, FAM, and SDR sales leaders and reps • Stay current on franchise brand news, DSP policy changes, and operator pain points • Produce and edit video content using Descript as needed
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation, outbound marketing, or sales-focused content writing
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write in a conversational, empathy-led voice
- AI forward - with an eagerness to experiment and learn
- Experience building or managing sequenced outreach campaigns in a sales engagement platform
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
- Comfort working across multiple tools and platforms simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in restaurant technology, franchise operations, or B2B SaaS strongly preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
- Basic HTML email knowledge (Pardot or similar platform)
- Experience with WordPress and a drag-and-drop page builder (Elementor preferred)
- Visual design experience in Canva or a similar tool
- Video editing experience (Descript or similar)
