Other activities: Business • Manage digitization and automation programs for improving client experience. • Manage and work with architects, solution enginerrer , product team to facilitate prospecting Processes • Responsible for business delivery aligning to SCB defined technology and project management processes & frameworks and customizing such to specific Cash needs where required • Manage solutions delivery within timelines. • Audit engagement/management process compliance • Maintain the list of traceability for each requirement and solution • material operational losses to prevent recurrence. Risk Management • Act quickly and decisively when any risk and control weakness becomes apparent and ensure those are addressed within quick / prescribed timeframes and escalated through the relevant committees • Balance business delivery on time, quality and cost constraints with risks & controls to ensure that they do not materially threaten the Group’s ability to remain within acceptable risk levels • Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning for the entire technology portfolio Regulatory & Business Conduct • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Key Requirements for the role: • Knowledge of CCIB Client Coverage, Transaction Banking and Financial Markets products – to enable assessment of cross-business issues. • Fair understanding of CCIB Credit Risks and assessment including credit analysis. • Relevant business experience in operations, business analysis or project management. • Strong analytical skills, detail-focused with the ability to interpret large volume of information. • Problem solving skills with ability to influence across all levels of business. • Ability to independently drive initiatives with minimum hands-on supervision.
