Order Processing Clerk

Robert is seeking a meticulous and efficient Order Processing Clerk to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. You will work closely with sales, inventory, and shipping departments to coordinate order flow and resolve any issues that arise. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain smooth order operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. - Verify order information and product availability. - Coordinate with inventory and shipping to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Update order status and communicate with customers and internal teams as needed. - Identify and resolve discrepancies or order issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records of orders and transactions. - Assist with order-related reporting and documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in order processing, data entry, or related administrative roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
