Location Fully Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The Graphic Designer will create high-performing ad creatives across digital platforms, focusing on visually compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions. This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to execute designs aligned with marketing performance goals. Key Responsibilities Ad Creative Design - Design high-converting ad creatives for digital marketing campaigns across platforms - Create visually engaging graphics tailored for paid ads, aligned with campaign objectives - Develop CTV video creatives and support video-based advertising initiatives Design Execution & Asset Creation - Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to produce high-quality assets - Adapt creatives for multiple formats, sizes, and platforms while maintaining consistency - Leverage AI tools to generate design concepts, variations, and creative assets efficiently Brand & Creative Development - Support the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, including typography, color palettes, and visual direction - Ensure all assets align with a cohesive and recognizable brand identity Performance & Direct Response Focus - Apply direct response advertising principles to create creatives that drive engagement and conversions - Iterate on designs based on performance data, testing results, and campaign feedback Collaboration & Iteration - Work closely with marketing teams to align creative output with campaign strategies - Continuously test, refine, and optimize creatives across channels Qualifications Experience - 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on ad creatives - Experience designing for digital advertising platforms - Experience or familiarity with CTV video creation is a plus Skills - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) - Ability to use AI tools for creative production and optimization - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines - Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging visuals quickly - Ability to take feedback and iterate efficiently - Strong understanding of performance-driven design principles What Success Looks Like - High-performing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions - Consistent delivery of high-quality design assets aligned with campaign goals - Continuous improvement of creatives based on performance insights Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to work on performance-driven creative that directly impacts marketing results. This role supports the preconstruction phase by producing accurate, code-compliant designs and documentation. The specialist collaborates closely with electrical engineers and solar analysts to ensure the delivery of efficient, high performing system design. Our office is located in Littleton, MA with a fully remote option. What You Will Do: - Develop complete PV system designs, including mechanical layouts for mounting structures and detailed electrical system configurations (modules, inverters, wiring, etc.). - Conduct site assessments and evaluate shading, orientation, and racking opportunities to support system layout decisions. - Prepare construction-ready design documentation, including electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, mechanical layouts, and site plans. - Ensure all designs comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC). - Utilize modeling and simulation software to optimize design performance and system efficiency. - Support permitting processes by preparing and submitting required design packages and responding to jurisdictional inquiries. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and analysts during project development and design refinement.
