Graphic Design Analyst
CVS Health
• Assist in the execution of visual materials for print and digital channels, following established brand guidelines for logos, event signage, whitepapers, direct mail, social graphics, slides and web/email campaigns • Perform basic video editing tasks, such as resizing content for social media, adding subtitles and assisting with simple promotional ads • Basic understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and an interest in AI tools to assist in creative production • Collaborate with teams to produce creative projects that align with company goals or initiatives • A detail-oriented eye for typography, layout and operational standards • Maintain an organized asset library and apply brand standards consistently across all assigned projects • Ability to adapt and expand technical skill sets and pivot between platforms as project needs evolve • Be able to manage high-volume creative requests, ensuring timelines and progress is tracked via project management tools • Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies (including AI and video best practices)
Job Requirements
- 1-2+ years of graphic design experience
- 1-2+ years of video editing and motion animation experience
- Expertise and competency using Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.
- Experience designing in Microsoft Word/PowerPoint and Google Docs/Slides
- A portfolio is required and should include a variety of creative projects (logos, original illustrations, social graphics, photography editing/retouching, collateral design and printing)

We’re looking for a talented Visual Designer to support design efforts for our client's press events. This role requires excellent fast-paced creative problem solving and precision design execution. In collaboration with creative directors, designers, PR, and agency partners you’ll concept and design on-brand graphics, storyboard motion sequences, and create polished visual assets across print, digital, and scenic environments that communicate product stories with clarity and great aesthetic judgment. As a Senior Visual Designer, You Will Design high-impact visuals for press events to support keynote presentation, event signage, web layouts, promo materials, and event collateral (print & digital). Develop detailed storyboards and animatics for motion graphics and live-stage sequences; collaborate with motion and broadcast teams to execute. Translate and apply our client's brand systems consistently across all event touchpoints. Create simple, elegant design solutions for communicating technically complex narrative themes at scale.
