Premium Finance VP Sales Executive
Peoples Bank
• Establish new Peoples Premium Finance contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting and closing sales while onboarding and training new Customers • Open and build new relationships with prospective agencies/brokerages • Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the portfolio of active customers • Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers • Learn and effectively communicate technology and service offerings to drive conversion and development of relationships • Foster good working relationships with support Associates, including Client Account Executive and Managers • Will perform special projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- College graduate or experience equivalent
- 2-3 years outside sales experience in the financial services/ insurance related field or marketing experience within an insurance environment is a plus
- High degree of self-motivation, a self-starter and driven
- Excellent communication and presentation skills as well as sales/closing skills
- Leadership skills and confidence in own abilities
- Ability to earn trust with a wide variety of personality types
- Passion for selling and a strong set of personal goals for achievement
- Detailed-oriented and highly organized
- Outgoing and positive personality
- Strong computer skills, including CRM (Hubspot) and Microsoft products.

• Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in a very organised fashion. This means being a city level expert including knowing the up and coming restaurants and which restaurants customers crave most • Communicate (physical visits, emails, calls, and social media) with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology • Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is as quick, efficient and seamless as possible • Ensure restaurant success within the first eight weeks from signing • Sample food from a variety of high quality establishments • Attend restaurant and food meet ups
