This means being a city-level expert including knowing the up-and-coming restaurants and which restaurants customers crave most • Communicate (physical visits, emails, calls, and social media) with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology • Oversee the restaurant onboarding process to ensure it is as quick, efficient and seamless as possible • Ensure restaurant success within the first eight weeks from signing • Sample food from a variety of high-quality establishments • Attend restaurant and food meet-ups

• Map, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in an organised fashion • Support partners in joining Deliveroo, providing the best experience to them • Communicate (physical visits, email, calls, or social media) with restaurants to demonstrate Deliveroo technology • Help restaurant owners/managers overcome any barriers or hesitations • Attend restaurant and food meet-ups

• Prospect and sign new restaurant partners (phone and field). • Make a high volume of daily calls to fuel your sales pipeline. • Be present in the field at least 3 days per week to develop your territory. • Present and sell Deliveroo’s offering using the internal sales script, adapting your pitch to each contact. • Manage commercial negotiations end-to-end and close deals effectively. • Meet your monthly targets and maintain thorough follow-up in the CRM. • Support partners after signing and regularly report your activity to your manager.

• Design and implement modern workplace technology solutions that meet the specific needs of our employees, enhancing their productivity and collaboration. • Define and lead large-scale projects related to employee productivity • Be a relentless advocate for automation. Continuously hunt for opportunities to eliminate manual work through tool building and process automation. • Break down large pieces of work, guide design and technical / implementation choices and influence the roadmap within your team. • Build relationships with other engineering teams and internal stakeholders and identify collaboration opportunities. • Maintain and operate robust and reliable technology services and develop and maintain business continuity plans to ensure seamless operations during disruptions. • Participate in developing and refining operational metrics, enhancing systems for monitoring service health and performance. • Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in specific areas relevant to workplace technology (e.g., collaboration/productivity technology, security, identity etc) • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting for complex technical issues related to supported platforms.

• En charge d’un portefeuille d’une sélection de restaurants clés sur des secteurs matures, nécessitant une vraie expertise et une attention particulière. • Créez un partenariat privilégié, durable en apportant votre expertise Food Tech en étant l'expert de votre zone / ville. • Optimisez la profitabilité de votre portefeuille et proposez un accompagnement personnalisé, toujours construit sur le long terme avec un appui de la “data”. • Analysez la performance de votre portefeuille et prenez les mesures adéquates, faites des recommandations directement à votre manager, soyez agile et ouvert à la nouveauté. Deliveroo est une entreprise qui va vite, de nouveaux outils, de nouvelles options seront à déployer à une fréquence très rythmée. • Suggérez et implémentez des campagnes marketing et promotionnelles sur votre portefeuille. • Suivez de près le suivi des opérations afin d’optimiser l’expérience Restaurant et Client.
