• Review monthly activities and act as the primary point of contact for the Account Management team to initiate product delivery • Proactively monitor projects across multiple stages, adjusting priorities as demands shift throughout the month • Accurately interpret and enter detailed, complex requests into Salesforce for the appropriate production teams • Submit final creative assets for compliance approval when required • Perform high‑volume data entry and analysis of client‑provided information, ensuring consistency and standardization across systems • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members, reprioritizing work and providing support as needed • Support periodic audits by gathering compliance documentation and contributing to ongoing quality analysis • Maintain up‑to‑date automotive model information and associated video assets within internal databases • Provide additional support to the Account Management team on custom projects and ad hoc requests
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or support role
- College degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work confidently in data‑driven systems
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven self‑starter who takes initiative, prioritizes effectively, and manages projects with urgency and minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and custom software
