Lifecycle & Retention (Email/SMS/Push) - Lead segmentation and flows: welcome, post-purchase education, replenishment, churn-save, win-back. - Grow subscription revenue; reduce churn via cadence optimization, skip/pause UX, and proactive save offers. - Work with Head of Loyalty to build loyalty and referral programs; scale review velocity and UGC harvesting. Pricing, Offers & Merchandising - Architect bundles and limited-time offers that balance CVR, AOV, and margin. - Partner with Finance on elasticity tests and with Supply on constraints and phase-ins/outs. Analytics & Attribution - Work with the data team to build a metrics backbone: cohort LTV, payback by channel/offer, subscription health, and contribution margin. - Use blended and modeled approaches (e.g., MER plus incrementality tests) to guide spend and scaling decisions. - Run a visible experiment backlog with weekly readouts and monthly board-level growth memos. Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive experience in growth, marketing, or product leadership, with 3+ years at VP or equivalent level in a high-growth, scaled brand ($100M+). - Proven success driving 9-figure revenue growth and managing large-scale budgets. - Track record of building sophisticated, multi-channel acquisition and retention strategies. - Deep understanding of growth models for consumer brands, with strong fluency in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and unit economics. - Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive teams. - Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management skills. - Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution. Team you’ll lead - Acquisition (paid, affiliate/influencer) - Lifecycle/CRM (email/SMS/push, loyalty, referrals) - CRO & Web (landing pages, quiz, PDPs, testing) - Growth Analytics & Attribution What you bring - Proven track record scaling DTC revenue profitably (owning targets, budgets, CAC/LTV, and payback). - Mastery of the full growth stack: acquisition, lifecycle/CRM, CRO, performance creative, and analytics. - Strong quantitative skills: cohort LTV, contribution margin, incrementality testing, and MER-based pacing. - Experimentation rigor: clear hypotheses, powered tests, readable results, and decisive rollouts/rollbacks. - Fluency in Shopify/Plus ecosystems and growth tooling; can define requirements and evaluate vendors. - Ability to translate insights into high-converting UX (PDPs, bundles, quiz→plan flows, checkout). - Subscription business depth: knowledge of various retention practical strategies and tactics including cohort survival analysis, adherence programs, lifecycle personalization, CX feedback loops, predictive churn modelling etc. - Excellent cross-functional leadership with Ops, Finance, Regulatory/Legal, Customer Service, and Creative. - Clear, concise communication—weekly growth reviews and board-level narratives that drive decisions. - Attribution & Incrementality Testing - Experience with attribution platforms and incrementality testing - Ecommerce Platform Experience - Familiarity with Shopify/Plus, subs (Recharge), CRM (Klaviyo), SMS (Postscript/Attentive), reviews (Okendo) What We Offer - Competitive executive compensation package. - The opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a category-leading consumer health and wellness brand. - A mission-driven, collaborative culture that values both creativity, first-principles thinking and data discipline. - Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, 401k, flexible PTO. In-Office Expectations We work flexibly — but connection matters. This is a primarily remote role: mostly remote, with monthly travel to Miami for team sessions, offsites, or company meetings. Occasional travel may also come up for conferences or panels. Location We’re open to candidates across the U.S., though we have a soft spot for those in or near Miami (or who can travel here easily). Compensation We believe in pay transparency and fairness — your compensation should reflect your impact, experience, and growth potential. Total compensation includes: - Base Salary: $240,000 – $250,000 (depending on experience, location, and skills) - Performance Bonus: Based on company + individual goals Final pay will depend on your background, expertise, and where you live. Equal Opportunity - Dose is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity in all its forms and make all employment decisions based on merit, qualifications, and business needs. We also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories, in line with applicable laws. If you need an accommodation during the hiring process, please let us know.
