Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Own Your Territory: Take charge of a defined sales territory, driving new business and exceeding revenue goals. - Build Relationships: Connect with dermatology practices, uncover their needs, and demonstrate how EZDERM's solutions can transform their businesses. - Close Deals: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiations and closing. - Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent EZDERM at industry events and trade shows, showcasing our innovative solutions. - Collaborate & Conquer: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client success and contribute to EZDERM's continued growth. - Performs any other duties or responsibilities as requested. To be successful in this role, you'll need - Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in sales. - 5+ years of field sales experience (SaaS sales preferred) in a highly regulated industry such as Healthcare IT, FinTech, InsureTech, etc. - Experience selling EMR/EHR, ERP, CRM, or related systems of record is a plus, but not required. - Willingness to make 60+ dials a day and engage directly with prospective clients. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building new business. - Willingness to travel up to 50% to attend industry events, meet with clients, and prospect in person. - Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce), Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and sales engagement tools like Outreach.io. Other highly preferred knowledge, skills and experience and key characteristics - Team player with a collaborative mindset who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Superior relationship building skills - Ability to multi task and manage multiple moving parts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Travel/Physical Demands Occasional travel up to 50% domestically which requires a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record and valid passport. About the Role As a Senior Account Executive at Zight, you will own the full sales cycle from first touch to close. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to convert large support and IT organizations into active Zight customers. You’ll help these teams solve complex communications problems felt by everyone around the world with Request Video and our Smart AI Hub. Zight’s Senior Account Executive will help prospects rethink what fast, high-quality support looks like. You’ll show how capturing & requesting customer context visually and processing it with AI leads to faster resolutions, lower support costs, and improved agent productivity. In this role, you’ll pair new logo acquisition with uncovering expansion paths and new market opportunities across the Zendesk and Intercom ecosystems.
