Role Summary As a Senior UX Researcher, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our complex B2B platform through deep user insights. You will work on complex and evolving challenges, ensuring our product meets user needs, driving engagement, and continuously improving. This role involves facilitating customer discovery conversations, synthesising research across multiple studies, and collaborating with leadership to drive research strategy.
