Data Analyst79 days ago

Role Description The pipeline is live. Beta customers are using the product. Data is accumulating from auctions in Croatia, Poland, Italy, Germany, France, and beyond. This is the moment where a good analyst makes a measurable difference. You will work on live production data, communicate directly with the team building the product, and ship things that actually get used. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth startup on a 100% equity-based compensation model, aligning your success directly with the company's. You'll be part of the foundational team and directly participating in long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities - Build and own visualisations in Apache Superset: property type distributions, country-level auction trends, discount analysis, commercial vs residential breakdowns - Analyse auction field quality across the LLM extraction pipeline and document what the model gets right, what it misses, and why it matters for the product - Contribute to the end-to-end SOP for human-in-the-loop data validation, defining how humans and AI collaborate to move data from raw to trusted across the Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers - Produce S3 inventory and pipeline output reports: file-type distributions, parsing rates, schema completeness - Create structured analytical outputs for internal strategy and customer demos - Work with real multilingual auction data Qualifications - Junior track: You have done some SQL and played with data visualisation tools. You are curious, self-directed, and comfortable working async with a distributed team. You do not need to know everything on day one. - Senior track: You have built dashboards that people actually use. You understand what data quality means in practice. You can look at a messy field distribution and tell a coherent story about it. Experience with cloud storage, dbt, or LLM output pipelines is a real advantage. - Thinks in questions, not just answers - Is comfortable sitting with uncertainty and digging into why the data looks the way it does - Communicates clearly in writing - this team runs async-first - Wants to build something, not just report on it - Sees equity and portfolio value as a genuine upside, not a consolation for a missing salary Why Now The architecture is defined. The pipeline is running. The data is real. What is missing is someone who can turn that data into insight. Every deliverable you produce here is something you can show: real company, real data, real scale. If that matters to you, this is the right moment to get involved. Our Stack - Apache Superset - PostgreSQL - AWS S3 - AWS Athena - Python - SQL - LLM extraction pipelines - Medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold) - ClickUp You do not need to know all of these. You need to want to learn them. Benefits - Equity: Participation in VendueTech Ltd ESOP Trust, with share allocation based on hours worked and achievements. - Opportunity to work on innovative, data & AI-driven projects transforming the real estate auction market. - Flexible remote work environment with global collaboration. - Direct contribution to the success and growth of a mission-driven, forward-thinking company. Company Description VendueTech is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristics. AI Engineer102 days ago

Role Description As we grow our data platform and AI capabilities, we need a talented individual to make the entire organisation smarter and faster by embedding AI across how we operate. This is a foundational role. You'll work directly with leadership and across every operational vertical to identify where AI creates the most leverage, then build it, ship it, and own it. One afternoon you might be advising on which AI vendor to adopt; the next you're building the workflow yourself. If you want to be the person who defines how an ambitious, data-driven startup uses AI, then this is your opportunity. Key Responsibilities - Identify the highest-impact opportunities for AI automation across VendueTech's operations — from data pipelines and research workflows to customer ops and legal processing. - Select, integrate, and manage third-party AI tools and agents, owning both the vendor relationships and the technical implementation. - Design and deploy AI-powered workflows that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and scale across jurisdictions and languages. - Build internal frameworks, guardrails, and documentation so AI adoption across the company is consistent, safe, and auditable. - Advise leadership on AI tooling decisions — you're a trusted voice, not just an executor. Qualifications - Have hands-on experience deploying and managing third-party AI tools — LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms — in a real business context. - Understand how these systems actually work, not just how they demo. - Are comfortable switching between a strategy conversation with leadership and building a workflow on the same afternoon. - Can turn ambiguous operational problems into working technical solutions. - Have thrived in early-stage environments where you've had to write the playbook yourself. Bonus Qualifications - Familiarity with AI orchestration tools such as n8n, LangChain, Relevance AI, or similar. - Experience working with data pipelines, ETL systems, or AI-enriched data workflows. - Exposure to legal document processing, multilingual data, or cross-border data environments. - Interest in how AI intersects with public data, real estate, or financial markets. Benefits - Participate in VendueTech Ltd ESOP Trust and become a direct owner in our company's future success through 100% equity compensation. - A foundational role with real ownership — you're building the function and have genuine influence over how the company evolves. - A chance to work at the intersection of AI, public data, and a market that's never been done properly before. - Fully remote and async-first, with a global team. Company Description VendueTech is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristics.
