About the role: After successfully scaling to millions in revenue through founder-led sales, Cascade is looking for a couple of Founding Account Executives for North America to continue the momentum. We are looking for hungry self-starters who are looking to make a leap in their career. This is an individual contributor role with a focus on managing and closing deals. You’ll own the entire sales cycle from engaging prospects to final signatures, while working closely with the CEO to scale revenues with middle-market lending companies and originators. What You’ll Do - Drive revenue in North America by managing and closing opportunities from initial conversation to signed contract - Generate and manage a sales pipeline by using AI tools to automate outbound motions with targeted prospect lists - Conduct demos and understand customer needs to craft a proposal tailored to them - Manage pipeline in Hubspot to progress pipeline & accurately forecast revenue - Become a product expert across our entire platform and a private credit expert What You Need - 2+ years of sourcing or closing SaaS sales experience - Proven ability to exceed targets in a closing-focused sales role - Skilled in independently generating opportunities through outbound efforts - Ability to engage senior-level decision-makers with a consultative approach - Highly adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment with evolving priorities - Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have - Experience launching a new territory or vertical - Fintech or financial services sales experience - Understanding of private credit or lending Benefits Remote: we are a remote-first company and are very flexible on hours as long as things get done, but prefer someone in Toronto or New York Home-office: there’s a $1000 USD home office allowance to set yourself up Equity: we expect you to have an owner-mentality, and have the equity plan to match Perks: we offer free lunches weekly and off-site trips Benefits: comprehensive health, dental, vision, and more Job satisfaction: we offer autonomy, ample opportunities for mastery, and an opportunity to make a difference for companies around the world. Role Description We are looking for an Account Executive to own the sales process from first meeting to close. This role focuses exclusively on closing qualified, pre booked opportunities generated by our go to market engine. You will work directly with founders and operators at healthcare practices to understand their business, clearly articulate ROI, and confidently drive decisions. This is a true closing role. Key Responsibilities Own the Close - Run discovery and demo calls with qualified inbound and outbound leads. - Understand practice workflows, revenue challenges, and specific decision criteria. - Present Decoda Health’s solution with clarity, confidence, and conviction. - Manage the full cycle, including handling objections, pricing conversations, and contract negotiations. - Drive deals to close efficiently and predictably to meet growth targets. Pipeline and Deal Management - Maintain CRM hygiene by keeping accurate deal stages, notes, and forecasts up to date. - Follow up decisively to maintain momentum and move opportunities through the funnel. - Partner with the Head of Sales to ensure seamless handoffs and maintain high deal quality. What We’re Looking For - 2 plus years closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS or health tech - Demonstrated ability to source and close mid-market and enterprise deals end-to-end - Proven track record closing deals with founders or decision makers - Strong discovery skills and ability to communicate business value - Comfortable owning pricing and contract conversations - Highly organized with strong follow through - Experience selling into medical, wellness, or aesthetic practices is a strong plus.
