Solutions Engineer
Turnkey
• Work directly with customers in the pre-sales phase to evaluate their use cases and guide technical decision-making • Design and prototype lightweight integration examples using Turnkey's APIs and SDKs • Join technical calls to answer questions around security architecture, enclave infrastructure, and developer workflows • Develop integration plans for customers and collaborate with the Customer Support team in their implementation • Own post-sales integration work alongside customers from kickoff through go-live • Contribute to customer-facing materials: sample code, technical diagrams, implementation guides, whitepapers • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope integration paths and unblock deals • Assist in completing security, infrastructure, and architecture due diligence forms • Capture technical feedback and relay product feature gaps back to the internal team • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our developer experience, including flagging gaps in documentation or SDKs
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or developer advocacy
- Strong cryptocurrency knowledge — wallets, signing flows, on-chain mechanics — beyond surface-level familiarity
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern developer tooling (e.g., GitHub, REST APIs)
- Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts and security best practices, such as AWS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain and visualize technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders
- Self-starter attitude and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
- High technical empathy — you understand what it's like to be on the other side of the API
