The Technical Service Content Creator (m/f/d) is responsible for the independent conceptualization, coordination, and production of digital technical service content and training videos on the topics of installation, service, and maintenance for our devices and cloud-based products. The role works closely with internal technical experts from our technical teams, prepares content tailored to target groups such as technicians and customers, and is responsible for the entire content process—from planning and video production to publication on Dentsply Sirona service platforms.
