Duties and Responsibilities: Solution Design & Delivery - Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation across Oracle Cloud and on-premise systems - Develop, configure, and integrate applications using OIC, SOA Suite, APIs, and web services - Design and implement data flows and replication using Oracle GoldenGate and related tools - Ensure alignment of solution design with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements - Support migration and modernization of legacy Oracle systems to OCI and Fusion Cloud platforms - Oversee code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization for Oracle applications and integrations Technical Leadership & Mentorship - Lead a team of Oracle developers, DBAs, and integration engineers across multiple projects - Provide technical direction, troubleshooting expertise, and mentoring to project teams - Partner with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into detailed technical designs - Establish and enforce engineering best practices, standards, and reusable patterns for Oracle development Operations & Continuous Improvement - Work closely with DevOps and CloudOps to automate build, deploy, and monitoring processes for Oracle solutions - Ensure proactive performance monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery for critical Oracle workloads - Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating new Oracle tools, frameworks, and features - Support root cause analysis and remediation of critical production issues
Job Requirements
- Must-have Skills / Qualifications:
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle enterprise technologies, with 5+ years in a technical leadership capacity
- Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud (OCI or Fusion)
- Strong experience in designing, governing, and implementing solutions
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) setup, tenancy design, and resource management
- Deep working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) and Oracle E-Business
- Suite (R12+) integration and customization
- Strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service
