The Senior Sales Leadership Trainer is responsible for designing and evolving leadership programs that strengthen field-based leadership initiatives, sales manager capabilities, and coaching effectiveness across the US Sales organization. As part of the Global Sales Training Department, this role partners closely with US cross-functional partners, sales leadership, and sales training partners to ensure learning strategies are aligned to business priorities and executed with consistency and impact. Where you come in: - This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Sales Training, with whom you will form partnerships to deliver leadership training for US Sales Leaders (District Business Managers). - You support the development of onboarding programs for new US Sales Leaders ensuring readiness for role transition and sustained leadership effectiveness. - You consult with matrix stake holders, across the commercial team to assess functional training projects, while incorporating adult learning principles and innovative facilitation methods & technology that drive continuous improvement. - You plan and support training activities related to US DBM quarterly meetings and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions. - You lead the Field Development Program, coordinating curriculum, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment to build future-ready leaders. - You manage the Sales Enablement Platform functionality designed for US Sales Leaders. - You proactively collaborate and coordinate with other Global Training Partners Stakeholders to share best practices and relevant content for Sales Leadership Development. What makes you successful: - Your experience as a people leader in diabetes-related medical or pharmaceutical sales, along with proven success and strong organizational and leadership skills, makes you an excellent fit for this role. - You possess excellent verbal, written communication, and facilitations/presentation skills. - Your understanding of the competencies of medical and/or pharmaceutical sales leaders and ability to leverage core leadership/coaching skills to drive behaviors for success will help you drive strong results. - You bring working knowledge of sales enablement platforms, sales data analytics, metrics and translation which allows you to identify needs and work with partners to evolve our training approach proactively introducing innovative ideas, technology, and/or practices for learner empowerment. - You have proven project management skills: effective planning and resource coordination to meet goals within set parameters. - You are skilled at managing expectations and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Travel Required: - 15-25% Experience and Education Requirements: - Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 13 years of related experience. - At this level a graduate degree ma be expected with 6 years of related experience.
