Role Description We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a consultative approach to help organizations reimagine their workforce development strategies. This is a consultative sales role focused on partnering with clients to identify challenges, shape solutions, and deliver measurable impact. The Account Executive role will focus on selling Hone’s AI-powered solutions to companies that are looking to reimagine their workforce development. We are looking for YoY quota crushers who are trained in modern sales methodologies, are passionate about winning & have a growth mentality to do their best work at Hone. - Proactively identify, pursue and establish new client relationships, driving high-value engagements from initial contact through close. - Strategically map and penetrate key accounts, building lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders across the organization. - Consult with L&D, Talent and HR professionals and other decision-makers, taking a deep dive into their pain points, needs and goals to tailor value-driven solutions. - Articulate the value proposition of Hone in a clear, compelling and persuasive manner, aligning with client business outcomes. - Deliver demos, create proposals, and advance sales cycles using creative and thoughtful techniques. - Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including deal stages, close date, notes and next steps using Salesforce. - Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales quotas, pipeline growth, and activity metrics. - Participate as a key player on a high-performing team, within Sales and across the company. - Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to position Hone as a leader and trusted advisor. - Identify opportunity for innovation, providing feedback to product development and leadership teams to enhance offerings and meet market demands. - Represent Hone at industry conferences and networking events to expand market presence and deepen industry knowledge. - Travel for high-value, in-person prospect meetings as needed. Expected 1-2 times per month. Qualifications - At least 6 years of experience in consulting or selling SaaS (Persona of HR/Talent preferred). - Proven track record of consistent over-quota achievements within a solutions software vendor or other comparable services business. - Strong focus on acquiring new business while building strong, long-term relationships. - Excitement about working at the forefront of AI-powered learning and helping companies embrace technology to unlock human potential. - Excellent listening, verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills. - An abundance of enthusiasm, proactive nature, analytical, and self-starter. - Must have intrinsic characteristics: resilience, coachability, competitiveness, growth mindset, and grit. - Start-up experience preferred. - Experience with HR-related or training software solutions and services preferred. - Salesforce CRM expertise preferred.
