You will report to the Director, Provider Performance and Engagement Analytics. The Senior Provider Analytics Professional (Senior Value-Based Programs Professional) advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance through actionable insights and reporting. Key responsibilities include: - Partners with Compass Value and Enablement Analytics Lead and with the Compass team to develop actionable reporting and dashboards in the Power Platform related to Compass utilization and PCP Performance Management and Engagement strategy - Enhances and maintains the provider engagement enablement reporting - Analyzes, interprets, and communicates key performance indicators and actionable insights to leadership - Completes numerous ad-hoc requests to support the evaluation of the Compass platform, as well as the provider performance and engagement strategy Humana offers a variety of benefits to promote the best health and well-being of our employees and their families.
