The work: Key Responsibilities: - Develop business insights using predictive statistical modeling. - Generate and improve decision‑making by modeling client, market, and performance data aligned with client mission goals. - Collaborate with clients to define business requirements and maintain batch processes. - Support all stages of the software development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, creating functional documentation, performing testing, and contributing to code development. - Conduct root cause analysis for processing failures or bugs and drive improvements. - Respond to data requests and perform business analytics to help design new solutions. Here is what you need: - US Citizen or dual citizen eligible for Public Trust Clearance - Experience with predictive statistical modeling or analytical techniques. - Ability to use analytical tools to evaluate client, market, and performance data. - Experience supporting software development lifecycle activities (requirements, documentation, testing, or coding). - Skill in performing root cause analysis for data or processing issues. - Capability to collaborate with clients or stakeholders to define business requirements. Preferred experience: - Experience maintaining or improving batch processes. - Background in developing new business solutions through analytics. - Familiarity with integrating analytics into mission‑focused decision‑making. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
