Area Overview The Linguistic Solutions team within PCS Instrument Services at IQVIA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Project Coordinator to assist in the maintenance and management of IQVIA’s library of Clinical Outcomes Assessments (COAs). Role Summary The Portfolio Project Coordinator will collaborate with Portfolio Project Managers to help manage all translations and products held within IQVIA’s library. The ideal candidate is familiar with the translation and linguistic validation process and will support activities such as data extraction from existing translations and certificates, review of translation documentation as well as translation updates. Responsibilities - Help manage the extraction, translation, and integration of content across various platforms - Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including translation history and availability records - Contribute to status and tracking reports for internal and external team members - Coordinate with other project resources within and outside the organization - Conduct preliminary quality checks and reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy translation documentation - Record QA findings and communicate effectively with Portfolio Project Managers to resolve issues prior to project finalization - Assist in the review and implementation of translation updates to existing COAs - May assist in the coordination and execution of translation projects, including review of back translations and cognitive debriefing results - May be assigned responsibility for sub-projects or specific components of the project or program - Serve as a backup contact for internal Project Managers in other departments - Partner with other Portfolio Project Managers to implement process improvements - Meet with team members on a regular basis regarding project tasks to ensure project milestones are met - Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with standard processes, policies and procedures and meets project timeline metrics Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree Req - 3 years of related experience in translation project management Req Or Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Req - Familiarity with linguistic validation processes and requirements - Effective communication and interpersonal skills as well as excellent customer service skills - Good critical thinking skills - Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics - Good teamwork skills - Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and managers - English fluency (this role is part of a global department) *Resumé/CV must be submitted in English* #home-based IQVIA is committed to embracing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
