• Lead TA-specific clinical and digital endpoint and outcomes strategy across therapeutic areas and enterprise customers • Advise customers on the selection, deployment, and optimization of clinical and digital endpoints and evidence generation strategies within clinical programs • Stay current on emerging trends in digital measures, endpoint validation, and clinical innovation, translating insights into practical customer guidance • Own the build and maintenance of TA frameworks with clear and concise reusable assets (one-pagers, narratives, playbooks) to support commercial growth; what varies by TA, where the gaps are, and how to augment via internal/external experts • Partner with internal clinical, product, and commercial teams to ensure TA strategies are actionable and aligned with platform capabilities • Collaborate across Medable to establish external advisory touchpoints (KOLs / strategists) to keep frameworks credible and current • Act as a trusted advisor to both internal and senior customer stakeholders, supporting digital transformation and portfolio-level planning discussions • Support long-term customer value realization rather than transactional or study-level adoption • Collaborate with Product, Medical, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure customer needs and TA strategies are reflected in platform evolution and messaging • Own strategy execution within defined therapeutic areas and accounts; contributes to strategy definition at the portfolio level • Accountable for quality, credibility, and impact of clinical and digital endpoint strategy delivered to customers
• Management of internal demo systems, including users, access, content, updates, testing, etc. • Primary liaison between technical/product teams and Solution Consulting teams for coordination of releases, bug tracking and management, etc. • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the clinical trial process, all applicable regulations, and Medable’s technology and solutions. • Manage all technical aspects of RFx responses • Review clinical trial protocols to understand the trial, its requirements, and workflows. • Partner with Solution Consulting team to understand customer requirements and plan, prepare, and execute powerful presentations that demonstrate Medable’s value proposition. • Help transition all applicable information discovered in the sales process to the customer success team. • Communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements. • Participate in trade show presentations. • Maintain standard & custom demonstration environments. • Keep CRM up to date with all relevant information. • Keep up to date on all Learning assignments from LMS. • Document and help maintain training material for future Solution Consultants. • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Product Management teams. • Define best-practices and related processes for the team, including demo flows, environment management, and other activities. • Other duties as assigned.
• Own and exceed an annual quota through direct sales of Agent Studio and standalone Agent solutions • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle—prospecting, qualification, value articulation, technical deep-dives, financial justification, pilot scoping, contracting, and closing • Drive adoption of Agent Studio as a standalone revenue line as well as a strategic accelerator for Medable’s broader platform • Serve as one of Medable’s top evangelists for AI Agent transformation in life sciences • Shape customer understanding of compliant agent architectures, safety frameworks, and high-value clinical development use cases • Partner with Marketing to deliver compelling narratives, demos, customer stories, and field enablement materials • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Delivery to translate customer needs into roadmap inputs, commercial constructs, and scalable deployment patterns • Collaborate with Medable’s Enterprise Sales teams to identify joint opportunities and expand footprint within strategic accounts • Ensure pilots and early deployments are structured for clear ROI measurement and expansion • Develop territory and account strategies aligned with Medable’s platform and Agent business goals • Forecast accurately, manage pipeline rigorously, and maintain world-class sales hygiene • Provide competitive insights and contribute to pricing, packaging, and contract design for enterprise agent offerings • Other duties as assigned
• Manage the initial deployment lifecycle of the Medable Solution spanning project kick-off through go-live and system localization. • Collaborate with solution design teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of trial-specific requirements. • Manage project scope, timelines and financial oversight, including submitting and approving timecards (as applicable) and ensuring the project remains within budget. • Ensure the design teams align the System Specifications to the clinical trial protocols and detailed schedules of assessments within the scope of the study contract. • Develop adaptive project plans seamlessly incorporating evolving client needs and trial requirements without disrupting project momentum. • Implement robust change management practices by proactively identifying, evaluating, and integrating change requests. • Educate clients and internal teams on software capabilities, customization options, and best practices for integration into clinical trial processes. • Provide expert oversight for ongoing projects requiring system enhancements or modifications. • Ensure continuous progress and maintain project integrity. • Facilitate the translation of client requirements into fully functional software solutions. • Develop and execute comprehensive, detailed project plans that strategically outline timelines, critical milestones, and optimal resource allocation. • Support successful software implementation through coordinated planning and execution. • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients through transparent and consistent communication serving as the primary point of contact for all project updates, issue resolution, and ongoing support. • Proactively identify potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and manage the company’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial close and internal/external reporting process • Own and manage the end-to-end general ledger (record-to-report and procure-to-pay) of the company and supervise team members • Ensure the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC requirements. • Act as the Company’s treasurer and manage all investment, liquidity, and foreign exchange transactions. • Report to management on our performance, risks, and policy updates as needed. • Act as the primary point of contact for independent auditors and lead annual and interim audit projects. • Orchestrate the financial system/application infrastructure – administer all mission critical tools including ERP/CRM, and other OTC and P2P tools and drive further enhancements and efficiency initiatives • Manage local international entities and accounting functions to ensure compliance • Manage the annual and quarterly audit processes with our independent auditor • Ensure that accounting procedures and policies conform to GAAP and are documented in a that is reviewed and approved externally • Assess and document the technical accounting impact and required disclosures for major transactions • Serve as the subject matter expert for all complex accounting issues • Ensure that all processes and controls are documented in accordance and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines • Ensure that the organization has first class system of internal controls surrounding the company’s financial reporting and is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant • Ensure that all financial systems are properly operating to capture and produce timely and accurate information and support the company’s growth and public company readiness • Identify and lead opportunities to automate and streamline accounting operations, have a strong process improvement ethos • Drive a strong controllership mindset throughout the corporation by providing appropriate financial support in the attainment of operational goals and objectives. • Establish strong business partnering with the cross-functional teams and be seen as the company’s technical expert in accounting matters • Works closely with FP&A (and fosters close team partnerships regionally) to ensure the understanding of variances to budget • Partner with FP&A on all financial planning requirements (i.e., monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, etc.) • Assist in improving the organization’s financial performance by analyzing and interpreting financial data and reporting to executive management • Provide KPI’s, SLA’s and reporting that shows the value and efficiency of accounting to the business
