Relationship Manager

Element Fleet Management

• Develop and maintain effective relationships within existing customer portfolio to sustain and grow revenue and achieve growth targets through proactive client renewals, pricing optimization, and share of wallet opportunities. • Engage in continuous outreach with clients to uncover requirements using Know Your Client strategies and develop creative solutions to meet their needs. • Articulate value proposition and suite of products and services while addressing client escalations, objections, and concerns. • Develop client strategies in collaboration with Operational Teams to achieve revenue growth and retention. • Maintain, nurture, and expand services offered to clients within assigned portfolio. • Maintain operating discipline using Salesforce.com including forecasting, relationship plans, and opportunity management. • Build and qualify opportunities to increase share of wallet and drive portfolio growth. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to execute Customer Engagement Plans and meet client objectives. • Act as liaison with Client Success and Operational Teams to deliver a superior client experience.

Job Requirements

  • Post-Secondary Education required - BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years in strategic relationship management or related role
  • Strong financial and business acumen
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and close opportunities within existing client portfolio
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
