About the Role: The Dragos team is seeking a Senior Logistics Engineer to own day-to-day reverse logistics and RMA execution, accelerate POC fulfillment, and deliver actionable KPI insights that improve on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and customer experience. This role reports to our Senior Logistics System Engineering Manager and partners closely with CX Support, Sales Ops, Finance, and our 3rd-party integration vendors to ensure reliable, cost-effective hardware movement across global operations. Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end reverse logistics and RMA workflows: intake triage, approvals, FRU coordination, NBD shipments, asset validation, return receipt, and disposition—ensuring SLA adherence and cost control. - Execute POC and evaluation hardware fulfillment with precision: validate orders, create deployment trackers in Salesforce, coordinate 3rd-party integrator prep, and ensure accurate ship/delivery milestones. - Maintain install-base integrity: steward SKU/SN accuracy, versions, and asset IDs; reconcile variances and drive monthly inventory health with Finance and warehouse partners. - Own KPI instrumentation and reporting: develop and publish recurring dashboards for order cycle time, RMA turnaround, on-time delivery, POC conversion, inventory accuracy, and logistics cost per unit. - Continuously improve processes: identify root causes (e.g., recurring RMA drivers, labeling/INCOTERM issues), implement corrective actions with vendors, and document SOPs and playbooks. - Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, CX, Engineering, and 3rd-party logistics to align demand signals, stock positions, and service levels; escalate risks with clear options and data. - Support RFQ/RFP processes from bid invitation through award Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations - Hands-on experience in multimodal logistics operations supporting order fulfillment, RMAs, reverse logistics, or field returns with a track record of meeting SLAs. - Operational familiarity with 3PL/3rd-party integrators, shipping carriers, and international shipments (labels, customs docs, non-standard INCOTERMS execution). - Competency with order, inventory, or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to create trackers, validate data, and maintain asset-level accuracy (SKU/SN). - Proven ability to build KPI dashboards and perform descriptive analysis using spreadsheets or BI tools; comfortable presenting trends and recommendations to stakeholders. - Clear, concise communication and documentation skills; able to write SOPs and collaborate across CX, Sales Ops, Finance, and Engineering.
