• Enhancing and executing mandated internal and external Cybersecurity audits • Collecting, analyzing, and submitting FISMA metrics on a quarterly and annual basis • Working with HHS on FISMA metrics submissions and addressing follow-up questions • Conducting program and project management activities necessary to address audit findings • Performing Information Technology audits and cybersecurity assessments • Performing customer outreach for upcoming audits • Developing audit materials for non-IT audiences • Performing technical writing to document outcomes of audits • Conducting meetings with CDC leadership to develop prioritized lists of program objectives • Developing ongoing audit status reports using tools such as Microsoft 365 suite • Coordinating, scheduling, and leading audit status and priority review meetings • Providing professional services support for the implementation of specific actions to help meet program objectives • Enhancing, maintaining, and providing leadership with audit tracking tool(s) • Documenting and defining corrective actions required to meet each recommendation objective • Facilitating recurring touchpoint meetings with leadership to review the status of outstanding audit items • Creating audit responses and closure packages containing deliverables required for external audit and internal assessment • Developing documentation required to directly support audit requests and remediation using the implementation of technical controls mapped to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework. • Drafting high-level briefings and preparing briefing materials for critical audit initiatives.
- Serve as the primary technical resource for sustaining and supporting ServiceNow applications and modules. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and user‑reported issues, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Support platform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes to maintain system stability, performance, and compliance. - Configure, enhance, and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, and platform components. - Support new development efforts within defined scope, ensuring solutions follow best practices for maintainability, scalability, and security. - Implement enhancements to meet evolving business and operational requirements. - Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand operational needs, clarify requirements, and identify underlying process gaps. - Translate business requests into logical workflows, technical specifications, and implementation plans. - Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities; document workflows, configurations, and support procedures. - Support administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365 environments across development, test, and production. - Maintain and enhance solutions built using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online. - Assist with integrations between Microsoft 365 tools and ServiceNow; coordinate with internal development teams on shared solutions. - Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to IT and cybersecurity staff on solutions built using ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Archer, and related technologies. - Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and best‑practice adoption across the technical team.

- Day-to-day activities will include proposal preparation, pre‐contract risk analysis, negotiation, troubleshooting and resolving contractual issues, and administration of U.S. government contracts. - Practice proactive contracts management, respond to inquiries regarding contract obligations/revisions, and initiate the documentation to authorize work according to contractual specifications. - Review complex domestic proposals for compliance with requirements of Request for Proposal, with particular focus on identification and mitigation/elimination of “proposal risk” and “execution risk”. - Draft modified/ revised language for terms and conditions in response to an RFP. - Communicate results, contractual risks and mitigation alternatives concisely, both verbally and in writing. - Collaborate with and influence other business areas without direct authority. - Apply knowledge of corporate policies and procedures and identify required improvement to established policies. - Coordinate and manage the contracts volume as part of a major or complex proposal. - Determine appropriate flow down provisions for subcontracts and material procurement. - Mentor less experienced Contract professionals.
