Partner Manager, Exchange
Liftoff Mobile
• Forecast revenue and manage a pipeline of potential and current business across both performance and brand/agency demand channels • Develop strong relationships with key accounts across the US and EMEA, including performance DSPs, brand advertisers, agencies, and agency trading desks • Proactively prospect and build relationships with media agencies, holding companies, and brand advertisers to drive incremental spend to Vungle Exchange through PMPs and Open Market • Structure and negotiate PMP deals and preferred deal opportunities with brand and agency buyers • Work closely with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Ops, Product) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all constituents • Educate brand and agency buyers on Vungle Exchange's inventory quality, ad formats, audience reach, and brand safety capabilities • Synthesize customer feedback from both performance and brand buyers to help inform the product roadmap • Attend industry events to evangelize Vungle Exchange and our technology • Understand your clients' strategic goals — whether performance KPIs or brand awareness objectives — and develop plans to partner on those goals • Identify and close strategic up-selling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding core client business and product needs • Drive a full sales cycle pipeline: building pipelines, pitching, and closing business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, with client-facing experience spanning performance and/or brand advertising
- Demonstrated experience working with agencies, trading desks, or brand advertisers in a programmatic environment
- Familiarity with PMP deal mechanics, deal ID workflows, and programmatic buying through major DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, DV360)
- Understanding of brand advertising KPIs (viewability, completion rates, brand safety, reach/frequency) alongside performance metrics (ROAS, CPI, CPA)
- Ability to travel as needed for in-person client meetings and industry events, including occasional travel to EMEA
- Comfortable managing accounts across US and EMEA time zones, with flexibility for early or late calls as needed
- An entrepreneurial and ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A relationship builder with the ability to build meaningful connections with clients across both performance and brand/agency ecosystems
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to tell a story with data; strong understanding of data analysis and visualization. Prior experience with Rill, Looker, or Excel preferred
- Effective communicator who can tailor messaging to performance buyers, brand marketers, and agency stakeholders alike
- Experience in the tech industry — mobile, gaming, ad tech, e-commerce, or consulting are a strong plus
- Clear understanding of Programmatic Advertising across both open exchange and private marketplace environments
