The Associate works closely with Tender and Contract Country Managers and EMEA Senior Tender and Contracts Manager, Sales team and other Key stakeholders to support commercial activities and maintain operational continuity and meeting our contractual obligations from our tender submissions. - Managing post award tasks related to tenders and contracts, and special projects across EMEA region as instructed by the Tender and Contracts Senior Manager - Managing customer requests set out in tenders, working with the Insights and Pricing team to ensure knowledge transfer and task coordination of such requests - Administration and ownership of the Distributor Agreements process, coordinating with functional senior leaders such as Legal, Compliance and Quality including support as requested by Go to Market and Senior Director for Commercial Operations - Overseeing contract maintenance and communication with key stakeholders, including internal teams and other customers at appropriate management level. - Proactively reviewing Tender pipeline to conduct monthly reviews of expired contract modifiers, and commercial agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance, including the timely update of Country Managers and wider Commercial Operations team. - Acting as the first point of contact for tender pricing discrepancies ensuring timely resolution and reduction of errors across markets. - Supporting and maintaining customer data portals and other relevant customer platforms used across EMEA. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Legal, Regulatory, Sales and Marketing teams) to ensure all tender and contract documentation remains current and compliant - Assisting with other tasks or projects across the EMEA region as assigned by the Line Manager or wider Commercial Operations team - Supporting pre award team in any Strategic Tenders - Ensuring Tender portal notifications and communications are monitored and coordinated Qualifications - Fluency in English (verbal and written) - Any of the following languages would be an asset – French, German, Italian, Dutch - Experience working within commercial functions (Sales Support, Tender Coordinator, marketing) - Project management – contract management - Experience working within fast paced multi-functional environment - Oracle, Power BI, Excel and Salesforce - Commercial awareness and customer care - Proven experience in establishing successful key relationships and delivering excellent standards of customer service Requirements - Communication Skills (oral, written and listening ability): Effectively and efficiently conveys clear, complete and focused information; interacts with people at all levels of authority; tailors messages to audiences and listens to the views of others; effectively presents topics/information to individual and group audiences - Organizational Skills: Prioritizes tasks efficiently and productively, and manages time well - Problem Solving: Takes a logical and analytical approach to solving problems; generates workable solutions and resolves issues/challenging situations - Self-Motivation: Self-starter able to work independently and proactively on own initiative - Teamwork: Team player, able to excel at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues; manages and delegates to others and takes on responsibility; builds positive working relationships to achieve positive goals and business objectives - Adaptability/Flexibility: Highly adaptable / flexible – ability to react and respond positively to changing conditions, priorities and workload; works independently or as part of a team to effectively manage, prioritize and juggle multiple concurrent tasks or projects - Customer and solution Focused: Assigns the highest priority to customer satisfaction; establishes effective relationships with customers, gains trust and respect - Detail Oriented: Accurate with a high degree of detail orientation Business Travel - UK Remote, some expectation of travel 5% Unsolicited Agency Submission Integra LifeSciences does not accept unsolicited assistance from search firms for employment opportunities. Role Description The Regional Business Manager (RBM) is responsible for delivering the sales objectives of the company and for the management of a team of field-based sales and clinical support associates.
