We are looking for an exceptional sales operations professional to join our Partner Programs and Operations team. This critical role will support the Managed Service Provider go-to-market teams as well as the Hyperscaler global team. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and deep experience supporting partner-based sales models. The role will encompass MSP and Hyperscaler operations including sales planning and compensation, forecasting, partner onboarding, analysis and reporting. This individual will be the primary business partner to the Managed Service Provider and Hyperscaler channel leadership. What You'll Do - Partner with MSP and Hyperscaler sales leadership to develop annual plans, including territory design, quota setting, and coverage models. - Partner with partner leaders to determine the most effective coverage models, headcount alignment, as well as compensation plan structure - Drive pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking for the MSP and Hyperscaler sales organizations - Design and optimize sales processes, order workflows, and tools to support MSP and Hyperscaler partner sales motions. - Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve MSP onboarding, transaction processes, and reporting analytics.
