About the role: As an Expert Full Stack QA Engineer, you will be a key player in ensuring the quality and reliability of our code. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to develop, implement, and execute test plans and test cases. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and addressing defects early in the development cycle, promoting best practices, and mentoring. Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand feature requirements and provide QA input throughout the development lifecycle - Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage - Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address any potential issues - Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and best practices - Investigate and report on defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution Requirements: - Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Puppeteer, Gatling). • Take ownership of product quality and act as a Quality Expert (QE) for your area • Define and drive the quality approach and testing strategy together with Tech Leads and Architects • Ensure quality standards and processes are understood and applied across teams • Lead and coordinate functional, regression, and non‑functional testing • Monitor and act on CI/CD quality signals, regression health, and release readiness • Analyze escaped defects, quality risks, and trends, and drive preventive improvements • Support quality across cross‑team initiatives and customer‑reported issues • Champion AI‑assisted QA practices to improve efficiency and insight • Mentor QA engineers and serve as a go‑to person for quality topics

• Ensuring compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements. • Coordinating assurance activities across the programme. • Proactively identifying and managing quality issues both internally and externally, including customer‑related concerns. • Supporting the TTS Quality Lead and Services Quality Manager in delivering defined Quality Key Performance Indicators. • Reviewing and managing changes to requirements with key stakeholders. • Actively promoting a strong culture of quality and continual improvement while acting as a CORE ambassador within TTS. • Ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable standards, Raytheon’s business practices, and contractual obligations. • Promoting risk‑based thinking and effective change management. • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. • Generating and reviewing business metrics to recommend enhancements to the Business Management System. • Maintaining compliance mapping tools and QMS management software.
