• Take ownership of product quality and act as a Quality Expert (QE) for your area • Define and drive the quality approach and testing strategy together with Tech Leads and Architects • Ensure quality standards and processes are understood and applied across teams • Lead and coordinate functional, regression, and non‑functional testing • Monitor and act on CI/CD quality signals, regression health, and release readiness • Analyze escaped defects, quality risks, and trends, and drive preventive improvements • Support quality across cross‑team initiatives and customer‑reported issues • Champion AI‑assisted QA practices to improve efficiency and insight • Mentor QA engineers and serve as a go‑to person for quality topics

Job Description You may have been working as a Software Engineer in Test, Test Engineer or Test Analyst who is confident in their ability performing manual test but also enjoy conducting automation testing.
