• Own and evolve Worldly's global customer growth strategy, with a focus on net revenue retention, expansion ARR, product adoption, and long-term value creation across the customer base • Establish clear success metrics, KPIs, and operating rhythms across Customer Success and Account Management, ensuring alignment with company-level revenue goals • Partner closely with senior leaders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Partnerships to align post-sale strategy with broader GTM priorities • Serve as an executive-level point of view on customer health, risk, and opportunity • Lead a 15+ person organization comprising Customer Success and Account Management, including established managers across both functions • Create clarity around roles, responsibilities, and expectations at every level of the team • Assess the current state of both functions — strengths, gaps, and opportunities — and build a clear roadmap for elevating performance

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or post-sale revenue leadership in B2B or enterprise SaaS, with at least 5 years leading teams through managers
  • Demonstrated track record owning NRR targets at scale
  • Strong operational mindset: you build repeatable processes, not heroics
  • Comfortable operating at both the strategic and executional level
  • Experience leading distributed or remote-first organizations
  • A collaborative, empathetic leader who holds teams accountable while developing the people around them
  • Passion for mission-driven work and genuine curiosity about supply chain transformation, sustainability, or impact-focused technology.
