• Execute manual test cases for new feature work, bug fixes, and regression coverage as part of the Docrio team's sprint cycle. • Manage QA workflow in Jira. Moving tickets through the board, logging and prioritizing bugs, and keeping test status current for the team. • Write and maintain automated tests in Playwright, following Page Object Model (POM) design patterns. • Build out and expand POM to support a scalable, maintainable automation suite. • Integrate automated tests into our existing Xray test management repository. • Collaborate with developers and product on acceptance criteria, risk assessment, and release readiness. • Partner with Customer Support in triaging complex application issues when needed.
