Role Description Litify is looking for a QA Engineer to join our Product & Engineering team! This is a high-impact, AI-first role where you will own quality end-to-end within an agile squad. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality of our legal software, which is built on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both manual and automated testing and will thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented, and fast-paced agile environment. We are actively transforming how QA works at Litify; shifting from traditional manual test execution to an AI-augmented model where AI agents perform initial test passes and human QA engineers focus on reviewing AI-generated results, exploratory edge-case testing, and making critical judgment calls on quality and risk. You will be the person who drives this transformation on the ground. Your day-to-day will involve: - Reviewing and validating AI test outputs. - Identifying gaps the AI missed. - Performing targeted exploratory testing on high-risk areas. - Building scalable Playwright automation to reach 80% coverage by end of year. - Using Claude, GitHub Copilot, and other AI tools as core components of your testing workflow. You can be located anywhere in the United States. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience in a QA role, with a strong foundation in both manual and automated testing. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred) or strong experience with a modern automation framework (Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, etc.) and willingness to ramp quickly on Playwright. - Proven ability to create and own test plans, define test strategies, and make risk-based decisions about release readiness. - Familiarity with Xray or a comparable test management tool integrated with Jira. - Strong Jira proficiency, including ticket workflows, bug reporting, sprint board management, and defect classification. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic Agile/Scrum environment. - A clear understanding of what it means to own "code quality" for a development team. - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate issues, priority, and impact in a clear and concise way. - The ability to interact and coordinate test activities among multiple teams. Requirements - 4+ years of experience with Playwright (nice-to-have). - Experience with Salesforce or testing Salesforce-based applications (nice-to-have). - Familiarity with Salesforce debugging logs or similar platform-level diagnostic tools (nice-to-have). - Prior experience working within legal technology or document management products (nice-to-have). - Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into deployment workflows (nice-to-have). - Familiarity with AI testing concepts such as output validation, hallucination detection, or confidence scoring (nice-to-have). Role Description Litify is built on the best-in-class Salesforce Platform and we’re seeking to bring an Account Executive onboard to be an integral part of our Sales team. This individual will be primarily engaging in high-volume sales efforts via client-facing meetings, calls, and projects, and to lead custom demonstrations and presentations. The Account Executive will be engaging with our customers at all stages of the sales lifecycle, from the initial call and reach-out, through the development and presentation of the product, to the close of the sale, articulating the ROI of the Litify solution across multiple stakeholders. - Owning and managing a consistent pipeline of clients and leads ranging from boutique law firms, corporate legal departments, government entities all the way to AmLaw 200. - Consulting, educating, strategizing, and successfully selling Litify through sales cold calls. - An expert in the Litify platform and adapt product recommendations quickly to suit client needs. - Consistently exceeding monthly sales targets and goals. - Demonstrating and owning the Litify platform and value proposition and solutions capabilities. - Directly engaging internal and external stakeholders in client-facing environments via demos and presentations. Qualifications - A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. - Prior experience in outside sales. - Strong sales know-how and ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients. - Ability to travel domestically (as needed). - Dynamic oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with experience presenting and performing demos to C-level executives. - Ability to work as part of a multi-faceted team to solve client-related inquiries and problems. - Start-up qualities: self-starter, autonomous, driven, motivated, and hungry. - Understanding of the Salesforce product and command of Cloud-based systems a plus. - Exposure to the legal industry and selling to boutique law firms, corporate legal departments, government entities all the way to AmLaw 200 a plus. • Demo Litify AI capabilities to clients and prospects, tailoring demonstrations to their specific legal workflows and use cases. • Lead discovery sessions to solicit and document client requirements, translating them into detailed solution designs. • Build and deploy custom AI agent workflows on Litify AI’s Salesforce-based framework, owning configuration from design through go-live. • Serve as the primary technical advisor to clients on Litify AI capabilities, best practices, and product roadmap. • Work closely with your Project Manager to scope, plan, and deliver AI implementations on time and within budget. • Partner across Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on client needs, surface feedback, and drive successful outcomes across the full client journey. • Define success metrics for each deployment and drive adoption to ensure clients realize measurable value. • Document solution designs, configuration decisions, and implementation guides for client and internal use. • Collaborate with Litify’s product and engineering teams to surface client feedback and influence the AI roadmap.

Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Salesforce Certified

• Monitor and manage a portfolio of 12-16 client accounts to drive adoption, desired outcomes, and ultimately ensure retention and contract renewal • Be an expert in both Litify and Salesforce in order to best advise clients and assist with on-the-spot solutioning • Lead goal setting sessions and assist implementation teams in preparing clients for a successful launch • Partner with clients to provide best practices, lead creative problem solving, and recommend appropriate Litify, Salesforce and AppExchange solutions • Monitor customer health to track adoption and customer satisfaction • Identify at-risk accounts, and in coordination with your manager, develop and deliver on customer remediation plans • Coordinate between clients and Litify internal and partner resources to drive adoption and create opportunities for expansion • Identify opportunities for documenting success stories for our Marketing team • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction • Measure success by continued expansion of Litify and Salesforce across your customers’ organization and workflow

• Review and validate AI-generated test results. Critically assess AI test outputs for accuracy, completeness, and false positives/negatives, applying your domain expertise and judgment to determine pass/fail outcomes. • Perform execution of manual test cases, targeted exploratory and edge-case testing. Focus human testing effort where it matters most: complex workflows, boundary conditions, integration points, and scenarios where AI coverage is insufficient. • Own QA strategy and execution for your squad, including test planning, risk assessment, and release readiness decisions. • Write and maintain automated tests in Playwright, following Page Object Model (POM) design patterns, and expand POM coverage to support a scalable, maintainable automation suite. • Leverage AI development tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot) as core parts of your workflow to generate test cases, write automation scripts, debug failures, and accelerate coverage growth. • Report defects, track bugs, and provide clear, actionable suggestions for product enhancements. • Work closely with development, product management, and delivery teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC). • Communicate clearly and effectively, working independently while managing multiple projects and priorities. • Collaborate with our Customer Support team to triage complex application issues.
