This role reports to the SVP, DevOps and is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience supporting internal IT systems and cloud infrastructure in a fast‑paced fintech environment.   As part of the DevOps team, you will support day‑to‑day IT operations, assist with AWS cloud infrastructure, and provide end‑user support while learning best practices in system administration, automation, and cloud operations.

• Own the administration, reliability, and operational maturity of Omada’s Zendesk platform, including Support, Talk, Guide, AI Copilot, Workforce Management, and Explore. • Serve as the internal Zendesk subject matter expert (SME), advising stakeholders on new and existing platform capabilities, workflow design, and configuration best practices. • Design and maintain scalable service workflows including, but not limited to, routing logic, triggers, automations, ticket forms, views, macros, and queue structures. • Manage the Zendesk configuration lifecycle, including change planning, testing, deployment, and documentation to ensure stable platform operations. • Maintain strong configuration governance, ensuring workflows, automation logic, and integrations remain documented, traceable, and aligned with IT operational standards. • Support audit and compliance readiness, maintaining configuration visibility and documentation required for environments such as SOC2 or HIPAA. • Manage the intake and prioritization of Zendesk enhancement requests, maintaining a clear backlog aligned with operational priorities. • Lead Zendesk platform initiatives and enhancement projects, coordinating stakeholders, defining requirements, and delivering system improvements that support evolving service operations. • Meet operational SLAs for Zendesk platform support, ensuring timely response and resolution of system issues and configuration requests. • Manage Zendesk vendor releases and platform updates, evaluating new capabilities and coordinating controlled rollout. • Configure and maintain Zendesk Talk capabilities, including IVR routing, call flows, and queue logic supporting Member Services call center operations. • Maintain and improve Zendesk Guide and Help Center structures to support internal teams and self-service support. • Support and optimize Zendesk AI capabilities, including Copilot features that improve agent productivity and resolution efficiency. • Troubleshoot complex platform issues across workflows, integrations, and configurations, identifying root causes and driving resolution. • Configure and maintain Zendesk Explore dashboards and reporting, providing visibility into service performance, ticket trends, and operational metrics.

Operations, Automation, & Support - Develop automation scripts and OCI CLI tools for resource provisioning, patch management, and performance monitoring. - Maintain accurate documentation of OCI architecture, system configurations, and operational procedures. - Provide Tier 2/3 operational support for OCI-hosted environments, collaborating with internal client security, development, and operations teams. - Participate in incident response, continuity of operations (COOP), and disaster recovery planning and testing. Collaboration & Mission Support - Work closely with cloud engineering, cybersecurity, and program management teams to ensure reliable and secure operations of mission-critical systems. - Contribute to modernization initiatives supporting public health emergency preparedness and response platforms. - Support audits, security assessments, and configuration reviews as required by the ASPR Information Security Office and client OCIO. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, One-and-one- half (1.5) years of additional experience can substitute for one (1) year of a typical degree program. - Minimum 10 years of experience in systems administration, including at least 3 years managing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. - Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle Linux server administration (installation, tuning, patching, troubleshooting). - Minimum 1 year of experience with NAT instances, Dynamic Routing Gateways, and VCN configuration in OCI. - Minimum 1 year of experience with OCI File and Object Storage, lifecycle policies, and access management. - Minimum 2 years of experience with Oracle Data Safe, Vulnerability Scanning Service, and OCI Monitoring/Logging. - Minimum 2 years of experience with patch management and vulnerability remediation in a federal or highly regulated environment. - Minimum 2 years of experience with Bash, Python, or OCI CLI scripting for automation and orchestration. - Minimum 2 years of experience creating and modifying Ansible Playbooks and Teredata queries. - Must be a US citizen. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
