Responsibilities As an Applied Data Scientist within Delta Faucet Company’s Analytics Center of Excellence (ACoE), you will act as an owner of high impact analysis and data science initiatives that support complex, ambiguous business decisions. This role focuses on advanced analytics, experimentation, and applied AI. - Independently lead end-to-end analytics and data science projects, from problem framing through delivery of actionable insights. - Apply statistical methods, machine learning, and analytical modeling to solve business problems related to growth, customer behavior, market dynamics, and operational efficiency. - Develop and maintain analytical data models and curated datasets, partnering with data engineering and BI teams. - Build AI and machine learning solutions that are aligned with business needs. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into clear recommendations. - Present data-driven recommendations to leaders across the organization, including tactical and C-suite. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or applied machine learning roles. - 4+ years of hands-on experience applying statistical methods and analytical modeling to real business problems. - 4+ years of experience using Python for data analysis, modeling, and experimentation. - 4+ years of experience writing and refining complex SQL queries against large, structured datasets. - 3+ years of experience partnering directly with business stakeholders to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations. - 2+ years of experience working in a modern analytics platform (e.g., Databricks, Spark/PySpark, or similar). - 1+ years of hands-on‑ experience applying generative AI technologies (e.g., LLM APIs, task‑specific GenAI workflows) in an enterprise analytics environment. - Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field. Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of experience with analytics engineering and data modeling, including building reusable, well-documented analytical datasets; familiarity with medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold) preferred. - 1+ years of experience with model monitoring, experiment tracking, and model evaluation in production settings. - 1+ years of experience with conjoint analysis or other stated-preference research methods. • Lead the enterprise strategy for clinical data science, including predictive modeling, machine learning innovation, and causal evaluation of clinical programs. • Develop and deploy advanced models that identify, stratify, and prioritize members for clinical and care management interventions. • Oversee development of models for high-risk and rising-risk identification, avoidable utilization, chronic condition progression, and care management prioritization. • Advance the organization’s AI capabilities by applying modern machine learning approaches, including deep learning and transformer-based models, to large healthcare datasets. • Partner with clinical, operational, actuarial, and analytics leaders to translate business and clinical priorities into scalable data science solutions. • Establish standards for model governance, monitoring, and performance management to ensure regulatory compliance, fairness, and responsible AI practices. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists.

• Lead advanced measurement strategy across HCP and DTC campaigns, including MMM, multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, brand affinity, and lift studies. • Integrate and analyze healthcare datasets including IQVIA, Crossix, PurpleLab, Experian, Medicaid, and other claims or identity-based data sources to quantify media impact. • Connect exposure across linear TV, Google, SEM, display, paid social, radio, and programmatic to business outcomes and promotional KPIs. • Query and manipulate large datasets within Snowflake, operating within a medallion (Bronze/Silver/Gold) data architecture. • Build structured datasets and dashboards in Tableau and Looker that support real-time insight generation and executive reporting. • Translate statistical and modeling outputs into clear, actionable storylines that demonstrate how campaigns drive business performance. • Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations that bring data to life for clients and senior stakeholders. • Collaborate closely with Media Strategy, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Account teams to ensure measurement frameworks are aligned with business objectives. • Mentor analysts and foster a culture of innovation, rigor, and cross-functional partnership within the data science function.
