• Build robust forecasting models across streaming, audience growth, and commercial performance. Support comprehensive forecasting efforts across deal risk, merchandise, and demand planning. • Gather and analyze audience data to establish best practices for capturing music listening preferences. Detect anomalies and surface actionable insights from large-scale streaming and engagement data. • Transform complex data into compelling stories via tailor-made presentations. Develop new hypothesis testing frameworks and decision-making tools for the real-time assessment of audience viewing patterns and music delivery streams. • Partner with local affiliates, labels, international teams, and Global Technology. Collaborate closely with merchandising teams and business stakeholders to deliver critical reporting and inference. • Interact directly with data engineering teams to identify, define, and secure the data needs required for mathematical models.

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly related quantitative field.
  • 2 to 6 years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related field (leveling will be calibrated based on tenure and technical depth).
  • 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience working with R, Python, and SQL.
  • At least 2 years of experience building forecasting models across streaming, audience growth, and commercial performance, including evaluating forecast accuracy and continuously improving performance through testing, backtesting, and iteration.
  • At least 2 years of experience using advertising data to build marketing mix models (measuring the incremental impact of ads/campaigns using techniques like multi-linear regression and Hierarchical Bayes).
  • At least 2 years of experience building targeting models, including propensity scoring and look-alike modeling, to develop actionable insights into audience behavior.
  • At least 2 years of experience successfully deploying machine learning models into a production environment.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business logic, serving as a strategic partner who empowers non-technical teams and leadership to make data-driven decisions.
  • At least 2 years of experience communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders using data visualizations (e.g., matplotlib, ggplot2, or similar libraries).

Job Summary The Health Outcomes Liaison is responsible for engaging population-based decision makers and health care providers, communicating value strategies. This role participates in HEOR and RWE research with the goal to contribute to the development and communication of clinical, real-world, health economics outcomes data. Primary Relationships - Within Cristcot, the Health Outcomes Liaison will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, HEOR and RWE, Clinical Development, Market Access and Commercial. - Outside Cristcot, the Health Outcomes Liaison will develop and maintain relationships with population-base decision makers, healthcare practitioners and opinion leaders. Primary Job Responsibilities The Health Outcomes Liaison engages appropriately in scientific exchanges discussing value strategies with decision makers, physicians and ancillary healthcare professionals regarding current and future therapies in development or commercialized by Cristcot. The activities of the Health Outcomes Liaison: - Educate population-based decision makers on health economic and product value data. - Engage healthcare and access stakeholders in clinical, scientific, and health economic exchange. - Formulate HEOR and RWE strategies aligned with the business and patient needs to develop compelling value proposition that drives optimal access and utilization of Cristcot products. - Provide input to the health economics and outcomes research strategies, and timelines with medical affairs, marketing, managed markets and value and access teams. - Align and direct the communication strategies, content and tools of product-specific health economic and outcomes value propositions. Skills and Qualifications: - Doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in health services research, public health, epidemiology, statistics, health economics or a clinical discipline. - A minimum of 5+ years experience in Outcomes Research/Epidemiological Research/Health Economics either within biopharmaceutical industry and/or provider/payer organizations. - Demonstrated applied research experience in conducting health economic, health related quality of life, and/or health services research studies. - Experience in analyzing and collecting patient-reported outcomes, claims and EMR databases. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in and lead cross-functional teams. - Expertise in the design and execution of HEOR studies, including the writing of protocols and analytic plans for prospective and retrospective studies. - Application of health economic models for product value assessment and comparison. - Knowledge of survey design and use of psychometric tools to collect data and conduct clinical outcome assessments. - Development of professional relationships with customers, key opinion leaders and peers. - Outstanding communications skills with a broad variety of audiences. - Demonstrated strategic and conceptual skills to develop innovative approaches for demonstrating product value and differentiation. - Prior experience in gastroenterology and ulcerative colitis preferred. - Up to 60% domestic travel; some of which will be overnight in nature.
