• Responsible for the Project Management of the EROS migration projects. • Responsible for Month-end Support including monitoring jobs and resolving issues related to jobs. • Assist the Business with EROS Copyright configuration for new label acquisitions. • Manage the Copyright application projects like new versions implementation. • Execute the EROS Copyright Change Management process. • Support for Copyright Audits (data extract and data reconciliation).

• Review the work of entry-level staff members and provide feedback for corrections and process improvements. • Perform advanced accounting tasks and analyses to support monthly and quarterly financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. • Assist in the successful execution of the monthly close process, including preparing complex journal entries, monitoring sub-ledger interfaces, and ensuring the timely analysis, preparation, and submission of close-related deliverables. • Reconcile corporate cash activities and the intercompany cash netting process by coordinating with the Cash and Treasury teams and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Perform variance analyses related to system reconciliations and ad hoc requests, providing timely support and explanations to stakeholders. • Assist with the global intercompany reconciliation process by monitoring and resolving intercompany mismatches that impact the financial close. • Collaborate with offshore team members by reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and supporting the accurate and timely completion of assigned activities. • Identify and implement automation opportunities within BlackLine to enhance the close process and improve operational effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, accounting policies, and U.S. GAAP. • Assist with internal and external audit requests, tax reporting requirements, and the preparation of supporting schedules and documentation. • Maintain strong working relationships with business unit finance teams and other stakeholders while supporting cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed.

• Designing, deploying, and managing scalable infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. • Architecting and maintaining infrastructure using Pulumi combined with Python to ensure repeatable and reliable deployments. • Managing and scaling containerized applications utilizing AWS ECS and EKS (Kubernetes). • Building, maintaining, and optimizing robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless, automated application delivery. • Administering and scaling messaging queues and event-streaming platforms, specifically RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka. • Managing and optimizing enterprise search clusters using Elasticsearch and OpenSearch. • Supporting and migrating enterprise Java workloads running on JBOSS application servers into modern cloud environments. • Implementing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks. Eg (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch or New Relic)

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores. • Work on Shopify themes – customizing layouts, styling, sections, and templates. • Install and configure Shopify apps as required. • Optimize Shopify stores for performance and speed. • Handle Shopify API and webhook integrations and third-party tools. • Build and manage Shopify websites when required. • Edit and update HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed. • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. • Troubleshoot bugs and issues.
