• Manage the day-to-day execution of monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounting close activities • Coordinate team priorities, establish clear ownership and accountability, and monitor the timely completion of close-related activities • Review complex accounting analyses, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules prepared by team members • Analyze financial results and reconciliation differences • Manage key corporate accounting processes, including cash, intercompany, fixed assets, and other assigned accounting areas • Research accounting matters and document accounting treatments for acquisitions and other transactions • Review and maintain S/4-to-HFM mapping tables, identify and communicate mapping issues

Role Description The candidate hired to fill this position will work with other members of the recorded music copyright registration team to register WMG’s sound recordings and related artwork and music videos with the United States Copyright Office (USCO) for Lithuania HQ. Role Description The Licensing Temp will have the unique opportunity to work at the most progressive record companies in the music industry. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help develop and maintain business solutions for the Licensing Team, establish relationships with music publishers, and collaborate with various business units at Warner Music Group and U.S. Shared Services. • Work directly with team leadership to deliver on annual goals and achievements and revenue optimization targets. • Drive cross-functional projects dedicated to identifying and accomplishing high-impact, revenue-generating opportunities across assigned accounts. • Provide strategic, data-driven insights to global teams and senior leadership to optimize account performance, improve campaign return on investment, and unlock new revenue streams. • Design and maintain performance dashboards to visualize and quantify the direct revenue impact of account initiatives and projects. • Conduct performance testing and ad-hoc data analysis to refine optimization strategies and accelerate revenue growth. • Act as a subject matter expert, educating internal collaborators, labels, and affiliates on YouTube guidelines and platform features that directly contribute to increased monetization. • Serve as the team’s lead data resource, using Snowflake and Python to analyze metrics and generate revenue-focused reporting for projects and monthly business reviews. • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving network-wide issues, ensuring operational consistency to protect and sustain revenue flow. • Manage commercial programs for assigned accounts, coordinating artist campaigns and partner relationships to drive incremental revenue growth and increase brand presence. • Manage day-to-day operational relationships with external third-party partners, ensuring alignment on strategies that support continued revenue growth and business needs.

• Responsible for the Project Management of the EROS migration projects. • Responsible for Month-end Support including monitoring jobs and resolving issues related to jobs. • Assist the Business with EROS Copyright configuration for new label acquisitions. • Manage the Copyright application projects like new versions implementation. • Execute the EROS Copyright Change Management process. • Support for Copyright Audits (data extract and data reconciliation).

• Review the work of entry-level staff members and provide feedback for corrections and process improvements. • Perform advanced accounting tasks and analyses to support monthly and quarterly financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. • Assist in the successful execution of the monthly close process, including preparing complex journal entries, monitoring sub-ledger interfaces, and ensuring the timely analysis, preparation, and submission of close-related deliverables. • Reconcile corporate cash activities and the intercompany cash netting process by coordinating with the Cash and Treasury teams and resolving issues in a timely manner. • Perform variance analyses related to system reconciliations and ad hoc requests, providing timely support and explanations to stakeholders. • Assist with the global intercompany reconciliation process by monitoring and resolving intercompany mismatches that impact the financial close. • Collaborate with offshore team members by reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and supporting the accurate and timely completion of assigned activities. • Identify and implement automation opportunities within BlackLine to enhance the close process and improve operational effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with SOX requirements, internal controls, accounting policies, and U.S. GAAP. • Assist with internal and external audit requests, tax reporting requirements, and the preparation of supporting schedules and documentation. • Maintain strong working relationships with business unit finance teams and other stakeholders while supporting cross-functional initiatives and special projects as needed.

• Designing, deploying, and managing scalable infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. • Architecting and maintaining infrastructure using Pulumi combined with Python to ensure repeatable and reliable deployments. • Managing and scaling containerized applications utilizing AWS ECS and EKS (Kubernetes). • Building, maintaining, and optimizing robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for seamless, automated application delivery. • Administering and scaling messaging queues and event-streaming platforms, specifically RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka. • Managing and optimizing enterprise search clusters using Elasticsearch and OpenSearch. • Supporting and migrating enterprise Java workloads running on JBOSS application servers into modern cloud environments. • Implementing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and logging frameworks. Eg (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch or New Relic)

• Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify stores. • Work on Shopify themes – customizing layouts, styling, sections, and templates. • Install and configure Shopify apps as required. • Optimize Shopify stores for performance and speed. • Handle Shopify API and webhook integrations and third-party tools. • Build and manage Shopify websites when required. • Edit and update HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed. • Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. • Troubleshoot bugs and issues.

• Oversee reconciliations, settlements, eliminations, and dispute resolution across all legal entities globally • Responsible for general ledger accounting, including monthly close and balance sheet reconciliations • Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with SOX requirements • Lead the end-to-end global intercompany accounting function • Ensure effective financial internal controls and SOX compliance for all intercompany activities • Lead and mentor a global team of accounting professionals
