Senior Application Analyst – Workday

• Serve as a subject-matter expert responsible for the design, configuration, integration, security, and ongoing support of the Workday platform. • Partner closely with business, HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to maintain the Workday environment. • Design, build, deploy, and support Workday integrations using various tools and ensure compliance with data governance standards. • Provide advanced configuration, troubleshooting, and production support across Workday HCM, Financial Management, and Security Administration. • Act as a technical mentor to other analysts and consultants. • Support audits by producing security documentation, reports, and evidence.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience supporting Workday in a production enterprise environment
  • Demonstrated expertise building and supporting complex Workday integrations
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM, Financial Management, and the Workday Security Framework
  • Experience with Workday APIs (REST/SOAP) and XML/XSLT
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot cross-functional and cross-system issues
  • Familiarity with SaaS integration patterns and cloud security principles
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

What You'll Do: • Track and identify resource needs and assignments. Coordinate the intake, follow up and resolution of all resource requests. Maintain project module in the system. • Evaluate resource requests, availability and assignments with other areas to assure resourcing needs in all areas are met. Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years’) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.
