Technical Advisor – AI GTM Strategy, Solutions

• Own the team's weekly operating rhythm — prepare executive snippets and reporting for senior Stripe leadership, coordinate staff meeting and onsite agendas, track priorities and action items, and ensure the team is operating with clarity and momentum • Prepare leadership for high-stakes engagements, including executive briefings for key customer and partner meetings, internal leadership forums (SteerCos, GPTL, OG), and external events and panels • Support planning processes including headcount planning, H1/H2 goal-setting, investment asks • Drive cross-functional coordination across Win AI and Agentic Commerce, ensuring the right people have the right context to make decisions and move fast • Partner with Marketing to plan and execute events – conferences, founder dinners, and other events – including content and narrative development • Track team health metrics and performance data to help leaders understand what's working and where to focus, partnering closely with Finance and Data Science partners embedded on the team • Identify operational gaps and proactively propose improvements to how the team works, communicates, and makes decisions

Job Requirements

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy and operations, chief of staff, management consulting, or a related role at a high-growth technology company
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously — from scoping through execution — with minimal guidance
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience developing clear, compelling narratives and materials for senior executive audiences
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and quickly building context in new domains
  • Strong organizational instincts and a track record of driving accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting or working directly with C-suite or VP-level leaders in a go-to-market or revenue organization
  • Familiarity with Stripe products or the payments and financial infrastructure space
  • Experience working with or alongside AI companies, or in a team focused on AI-native GTM motions
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, spreadsheet modeling) and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals into clear recommendations
  • Experience planning and running executive offsites, leadership forums, or large cross-functional programs
