Role Description This representative is responsible for supporting the EDI enrollment processes for the majority of our clients. This role is critical in managing a queue of technical enrollment cases to ensure timely resolution and maintain a high level of communication standards. The role requires completion of both technical & administrative tasks and frontline client communication. - Manage and prioritize a dynamic queue of cases, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met. - Documentation of case details, progress tracking and communication updates. - Support frontline enrollment processes by processing enrollment requests, working with payers, and assisting clients directly. - Serve as main point of contact for client base, participate in regular client and payer facing calls and email interactions. - Generate, monitor and routinely follow up on EDI enrollments to ensure resolution. - Apply critical thinking, logical reasoning and root cause analysis to analyze enrollment issues and develop effective solutions. - Clearly communicate complex enrollment concepts concisely to payers, providers and internal stakeholders. - Routinely meet or exceed all key performance indicators (KPI’s), QA goals and SLA’s. Qualifications - Proficiencies in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel and Word. - Proficiency in manipulating PDFs with Adobe or similar PDF editing program. - Clear and effective communication including excellent verbal and written skills. - Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational work habits. - Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency. - Ability to prioritize competing tasks under aggressive time constraints. - Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work independently as well as in a team setting. - Ability to effectively build and maintain professional relationships with clientele. Master's degree preferred. * 1-3 years of professional experience in a data science, data analysis, or analytical role. * Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and statistical modeling. * Strong understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and experimental design. * Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation. * Familiarity with machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) and their applications. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn). * Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset. * Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to diverse audiences. * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Spark) is a plus. Role Description The Strategic Solutions Analyst will act as a liaison between Waystar and our most strategic clients and partners. This is accomplished by handling inbound inquiries by phone and email, as well as conducting proactive analysis of assigned clients and partners. ABOUT THIS POSITION The Clinical Product Consultant for Utilization Management is a member of the Customer Success Organization who will provide clinical insight into product development and testing as well have an active role in implementation and delivery of the product, interacting with customer end users and managers. The Consultant will be responsible for ensuring that the complexity of our AI technology is married with the clinical perspective and needs of our clients through data analysis and auditing. They will also be responsible for end user adoption of best practice workflows. We are specifically seeking an experienced Utilization Review Nurse who will serve as an integral contributor in the delivery of AwareUM to our clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Collaborate with the product and services teams to execute our strategic plan for AwareUM. - Audit for product accuracy and effectiveness, communicating with product for change as identified - Assess effectiveness of AwareUM technology in creating efficient workflow for UM nurses - Deliver on go-forward product milestones balancing client requests with investment in new capabilities that deliver on the vision for the product - Collaborate with the UM growth team and support a smooth sales delivery process that results in achievement of targeted growth expectations - Collaborate with the CX team to create a seamless, integrated, and consistent user experience - Actively manage the client experience to deliver on implementation milestones, manage client support requests and expectations and monitor client successful use of the product WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent (with RN licensure) - 8+ years of clinical experience in acute care setting - 2+ years of experience in utilization management - Knowledge and understanding of Utilization Management, Quality Management, Care Management, and/or Chronic Condition Management within hospital systems, post-acute providers, and/or payers. - Demonstrates an understanding of evolving reimbursement models, including commercial payers, Medicaid, and Medicare. - Demonstrates an understanding of CMS and payer regulations as it pertains to patient status and care management - Works effectively on a multidisciplinary team. - Demonstrates flexible, positive, clear interpersonal and communication skills with ability to facilitate the exchange of information with internal and external clients - Ability to work remotely, effectively, and efficiently - Proven history of collaborative, team-focused approach - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Ability to travel 20-50% of the time, to domestic locations for client or business meets.
