Blueprint Test Prep

• Oversee and contribute to the development, launch, and ongoing improvement of materials across all nursing products, including NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, and high-stakes nursing program exams • Lead content work across courses, question banks, benchmark exams, and case studies, including Next Generation NCLEX (NGN) formats • Recruit, onboard, coordinate, and manage a team of contracted and/or part-time nursing content editors, providing regular feedback, guidance, and support • Partner with the content and technology teams on AI question generation, including developing and refining prompts, generating questions, and reviewing AI output for clinical accuracy and exam alignment • Apply clinical and educational expertise to review author-submitted and AI-generated nursing content for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with current standards, and provider constructive feedback. Perform quality assurance processes and targeted psychometric edits on exam items • Develop and maintain topic identifiers, learning objectives, and question generation frameworks for both RN and PN content • Write and maintain style, grammar, and image guidelines, as well as author-facing instructions and editorial standards • Learn about new products and exams as Blueprint takes them on, and use this expertise to facilitate project creation and build documentation and guidance for the team • Work closely with the copy editing, illustration, and content operations teams, as well as other internal and external stakeholders • Support content marketing efforts, including contributing nursing expertise to social media and other external-facing content initiatives • Coordinate with other Blueprint teams on cross-specialty and cross-functional projects

• Work directly with students to advise them on every element of the admissions process from school selection, primaries, personal statement editing, and review, to secondaries, interviews, and finally financial aid review and acceptances • Communicate with students via email, video conference, and phone • Work with Blueprint management staff to receive and kick-off student engagements and report progress as needed • Please note: under no circumstances do Blueprint admissions personnel write any material for students, attempt to intercede directly with law school admissions personnel on students’ behalf, or engage in any other unprofessional or unethical behavior

• Writing and editing content for video, audio, instructional lecture, presentation materials, exam items, images, and text based content (books, blog posts, etc) • Reviewing and editing new and current medical PA content • Writing and editing guidelines and instructions for PA authors • Helping with development of the topic identifiers and learning objectives • Communicating closely with authors and providing feedback to authors on their performance • Working closely with the copy editing team, the illustration team, the content operations team, PA tutors, and other internal and external stakeholders as relevant • Learning and implementing style, images, and grammar guidelines when working with materials • Serving as a subject matter expert and representative of PA content, Blueprint/Rosh product, and Blueprint/Rosh style and grammar standards

• Partner with the Director of Customer Success and Account Managers to assist in the setup, onboarding, and ongoing support of institutional and group accounts across medical schools, residency programs, nursing, PA, pre-med, and pre-law programs. • Set up and manage student purchase links for group programs, ensuring timely delivery and access. • Serve as the first point of contact for faculty, administrators, and students, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating as needed. • Work with internal cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Technology, to identify and resolve customer issues. • Deliver a smooth onboarding experience by guiding faculty and administrators through the setup and usage of our educational platforms. • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other internal systems, and communicate updates across internal teams. • Gather, organize, and share customer feedback with internal stakeholders to inform improvements in our products and services. • Create and maintain support materials, including written guides, videos, and FAQs, to enhance the user experience. • Provide monthly reporting on group link usage and protected group sales data to internal teams. • Occasional availability needed during high-volume periods including some weekends.

• Oversee the development of go-to-market plans • Serve as a liaison to drive and communicate all marketing-related efforts • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams • Streamline the communications structure for the Blueprint undergraduate vertical • Work closely with our creative team to craft compelling product messaging • Spearhead product launches by working closely with product management team • Track and analyze key performance metrics • Serve as an owner or critical participant of the Brand and Product Marketing team’s cross vertical projects

The Student Experience Specialist plays a critical role on Blueprint’s Service team, directly supporting students throughout their test prep journey. This role will provide exceptional service across all of our retail programs, with the majority of their time spent in learner-facing interactions, complemented by internal collaboration and administrative support. This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional hours based on business needs. Scheduling may vary, and days off are not guaranteed to be consecutive. What You’ll Do - Serve as the primary point of contact for students via chat and email, providing timely, helpful, and empathetic support. - Help students navigate course materials, technical issues, and personalized study planning. - Perform account audits and process product guarantees (e.g., work checks and eligibility verifications). - Educate students on how to get the most from Blueprint’s platform and tools. - Flag complex cases for escalation and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, tech, and academic teams. - Update and maintain records in HubSpot, Intercom, and internal databases. - Train and improve our AI chatbot by flagging gaps and fine-tuning content. - Track and support student satisfaction, contributing to our service goals and team success metrics. - Other duties as assigned. Who You Are - Bachelor’s degree required - 0–3 years of experience in customer service, support, or student-facing roles. - Empathetic communicator with excellent writing skills and a knack for building trust quickly. - Highly organized with strong multitasking ability and attention to detail. - Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (Intercom, HubSpot, Zoom, Slack, etc.). - Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with a proactive mindset for anticipating student needs rather than just responding to questions. - Self-starter who thrives on a remote team and enjoys both collaboration and independent problem-solving. - Experience or familiarity with the test prep space is a plus, but not required.
