About the Role We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations and ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of our financial reporting. In this role, you’ll oversee general ledger activities while providing leadership to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams, helping drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the Finance function. You’ll play a critical role in managing the month-end close process, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal controls. What You’ll Do - Lead and manage the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting - Oversee general ledger activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis - Ensure completeness and accuracy of balance sheet reconciliations - Provide day-to-day leadership to AP, AR, and GL teams, including workload management, performance, and development - Maintain and oversee lease accounting in accordance with ASC 842 - Manage fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, and supporting schedules - Serve as the primary point of contact for external audits, including preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests - Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and applicable regulatory requirements - Drive process improvements and system optimization within NetSuite and related tools - Support system enhancements, integrations, and workflow automation initiatives - Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Operations, and other teams to support reporting, budgeting, and business insights - Support clinical research operations to ensure accurate accounting of trial-related activities and revenue recognition You Might Be a Great Fit If You: - You are a CPA (active) with 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience - You have experience leading or supporting AP, AR, and/or GL accounting teams - You have a strong understanding of US GAAP, with hands-on experience in month-end close, audits, and lease accounting (ASC 842) - You’re highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - You have experience working in NetSuite (preferred) and are advanced in Excel - You have experience in healthcare, clinical research, or a multi-entity environment (preferred) - You’ve worked in a private equity-backed environment (highly preferred) - You’re comfortable working with offshore teams (preferred) - You’re a strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across functions - You have a process improvement mindset and enjoy optimizing systems and workflows - You’re able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Why Centricity Research? Role Description We’re looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to own and evolve our global revenue accounting function as ClickHouse continues to scale. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of our revenue reporting as we prepare for public-company readiness.
