• Support with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements – you will actively assist in day-to-day operations and learn what really matters in financial reporting. • Preparation of reports and financial analyses – your analyses will provide the basis for informed decisions by business units, managers and other stakeholders. • Assist with and optimize intercompany reconciliations – you will help ensure our internal group allocations are accurate, well-documented and completed on time. • Analyze data quality in management reporting – you will investigate anomalies, analyze accounts and cost centers across the income statement and balance sheet, and support in resolving variances. • Perform data imports into our Lucanet database – you will be responsible for ensuring our figures are accurately, completely and timely reflected in the systems. • Contribute to exciting projects in Accounting & Controlling – whether process optimization or tool implementation, you will get involved and help actively develop the area.

Job Requirements

  • You are enrolled for at least two more semesters in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a similar degree program and are already in an advanced semester
  • You can contribute 16–20 hours per week to support the Finance team
  • You enjoy analyzing financial data in Excel – pivot tables and formulas are familiar to you
  • Must have: initial practical experience in accounting
  • Ideally you already have first exposure to DATEV and/or Lucanet
  • You have very good German skills, both written and spoken
  • You work in a structured and independent way and enjoy analytical thinking
  • You want to take responsibility rather than just execute tasks
