Role Description Pathway seeks a dedicated Treasury Operations Accountant to join our growing team. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a business-related field - 2 Years minimum experience Requirements - At least one to two years of experience working full-time in an accounting position - Cash management experience - Proficient use of Treasury Management Systems or banking portal to process wires (e.g. Hazeltree) - Communicating effectively, both written and verbally, with external parties - Multitasking on duties with varying levels of priority - Experience in private equity, private credit, or investment funds is a plus Benefits - Generous health care benefits package with a 401k match - Salary range for this position is 65,000 - 75,000 with eligibility for overtime and one discretionary bonus per year - Vacation and sick time accruals along with 10 paid holidays - Ability to work remotely in California

• Accounting and reporting for assigned funds of funds • Recording all accounting entries and reconciling to the investment database • Preparing quarterly financial statements • Preparing monthly roll-forward values and other specialized reports • Preparing work-paper support for the year-end audits of funds of funds • Review and interpret quarterly financial statements of investment partnerships • Analyze activity in investment partnership accounts • Identify and analyze activity for capital accounts related to alternative investment vehicles used by investment partnerships • Record capital account information in the investment database

• Review and interpret quarterly financial statements of investments • Analyze activity in investment accounts and thoroughly document findings and conclusions • Identify, review and analyze activity of capital accounts related to alternative investment vehicles • Record accurate capital account information within the investment database

• Analyze and process routine and non-routine confidential correspondence for client portfolio transactions (including capital calls, cash, and stock distributions) • Prepare and send client portfolio transaction letters to clients • Monitor general correspondence received through email (including client requests, general partner requests, and distribute correspondence to appropriate departments). • Maintain wire instructions in the company database and communicate wire instructions to appropriate parties upon request • Ensure timely and accurate processing of wires through the treasury system • Other duties and special projects, as assigned

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting - At least two years of professional accounting experience - Knowledge of accounting, GAAP, and financial reporting concepts - Ability to work overtime during the quarterly peak cycle Requirements - Starting salary range is between $75,000 - $85,000 with a generous health care and employee benefits package. • Assess cash requirements to determine when investor funding and investor distributions are needed • Reconcile daily cash transactions • Process routine and non-routine payments on behalf of the funds including expense payments, tax payments, and internal cash transfers • Approve wire transfers and internal transfers in Treasury Management System and online banking portals • Prepare cash management reports
