• Lead and contribute to market research sprints that define what is commercially viable before product specifications are handed to the product team — starting with the end in mind: what is the customer buying, and what outcome are they paying for? • Identify and document market expectations for new initiatives and use cases — translating external signals into a clear picture of what a market-viable product must deliver. • Produce a standard set of concise, dense research artifacts (not verbose AI dumps) that define customer outcomes, commercial viability, and prioritization rationale for each initiative. • Serve as the voice of the market in product development discussions — ensuring product decisions are grounded in customer and buyer expectations, not just internal assumptions. • Partner with Product Management and Sales to validate that proposed solutions align with what customers are actually willing to buy. • Use AI tools to accelerate the research and synthesis cycle — compressing weeks of discovery into days — while bringing findings back to the team through structured presentations and collaborative review sessions. • Support the end-to-end launch process for new features and releases, contributing to readiness activities across Sales, CS, and Product teams. • Assist in coordinating launch timelines, ensuring messaging, enablement, and marketing assets are aligned and delivered on schedule. • Operate effectively in an agile marketing environment, supporting 1-week sprint cycles and rapid iteration. • Equip Sales and Client Success teams with tools, assets, and messaging that communicate product value at every stage of the customer journey. • Attend and support customer events, webinars, industry conferences, and company-run events. • Approach AI as a core thinking partner — using it to accelerate research, sharpen drafts, and synthesize complex information faster. • Actively experiment with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Notebook LM, etc.) to increase output speed — while ensuring all AI-generated content is inspected, condensed, and validated before sharing.

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies - from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups - use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About the team Stripe's AI Users organization is one of the most exciting and highest-velocity teams in the company. We are building economic infrastructure for AI — helping the world's most ambitious AI companies (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, and hundreds more) grow and monetize their products, while partnering with the Fortune 100 on their agentic commerce strategies. This role sits at the center of that effort, supporting Maia Josebachvili, Stripe's Chief Revenue Officer for AI Users. The AI Users org spans go-to-market, partnerships, agentic commerce, and operations — and this role exists to help the whole system run more effectively. You'll be the connective tissue across the team, enabling Maia and her leadership team to operate at their best, make great decisions, and hit ambitious goals. What you’ll do As a Business Operations professional on the AI Users team, you'll partner directly with the CRO and her leadership team to drive the operating rhythm of the organization and ensure the team is focused on the highest-impact work. Think of this as a Chief of Staff function: you'll be equal parts operator, analyst, communicator, and trusted advisor. Responsibilities - Own the team's weekly operating rhythm — prepare executive snippets and reporting for senior Stripe leadership, coordinate staff meeting and onsite agendas, track priorities and action items, and ensure the team is operating with clarity and momentum - Prepare leadership for high-stakes engagements, including executive briefings for key customer and partner meetings, internal leadership forums (SteerCos, GPTL, OG), and external events and panels - Support planning processes including headcount planning, H1/H2 goal-setting, investment asks - Drive cross-functional coordination across Win AI and Agentic Commerce, ensuring the right people have the right context to make decisions and move fast - Partner with Marketing to plan and execute events – conferences, founder dinners, and other events – including content and narrative development - Track team health metrics and performance data to help leaders understand what's working and where to focus, partnering closely with Finance and Data Science partners embedded on the team - Identify operational gaps and proactively propose improvements to how the team works, communicates, and makes decisions Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements - 4-7 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy and operations, chief of staff, management consulting, or a related role at a high-growth technology company - Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously — from scoping through execution — with minimal guidance - Strong written communication skills, with experience developing clear, compelling narratives and materials for senior executive audiences - Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and quickly building context in new domains - Strong organizational instincts and a track record of driving accountability and follow-through across cross-functional teams Preferred qualifications - Experience supporting or working directly with C-suite or VP-level leaders in a go-to-market or revenue organization - Familiarity with Stripe products or the payments and financial infrastructure space - Experience working with or alongside AI companies, or in a team focused on AI-native GTM motions - Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, spreadsheet modeling) and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative signals into clear recommendations - Experience planning and running executive offsites, leadership forums, or large cross-functional programsx
